And we asked if there was anything available earlier than our appointments and she said "well after I finish eating lunch I'll help you" which was completely fine we wanted her to take her time. My mom was scheduled with someone else but the lady said "I can just take you too" my mom said are you sure and the lady responded with "I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't sure" in a snarky, rude way. We left and I was texted by the lady my mom had an appointment with and she said she forgot to take herself off of the schedule and that she would not be in today. Will not be returning. There are a lot of products, plants, and service options, so you could spend an entire morning here! Emma did my blowout, and I felt totally taken care of. My hair hadn't been washed in about a week because I have it colored & am waiting for my new shower filter so that my hair doesn't get brassy from my bad water. She was so sweet, asked me what products I usually use, and I left with my hair looking as good as it did the day I got it colored. I loved the curls she added. Then I went to get my nails done, and they look better than they have in 2+ years! The quality of my French tip is amazing. Trent has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I get so many compliments. I even had him wax my eyebrows.... Fyi not as painful as I had thought. Miranda has been cutting my partners hair, and his too looks great. We have a set apt every three weeks, which I never thought I'd like because I hate pre-sch my life, but it's been so refreshing knowing, that day and time are mine.
