She is friendly, easy to talk to, and just real. Sometimes the women I've seen at other salons can be a bit fake or flaky, but not Ashley. She also knows her stuff. Over the years she has taught me a lot about skincare. At each visit she takes her time to do it right - carefully waxing, tweezing, and everything else. Some staff at other places I've visited can be lazy or careless, but never Ashley. Also her prices are AMAZINGLY LOW. The staff was rude, not helpful and unwelcoming, not to mention the store was unkempt and messy. I decided to give them one more try and I'm glad they did. They must have gone through the staff and replaced a lot of them because my last experience was 1000% better! The store waa clean, well lit and stocked. I was greeted immediately by three different employees one of which took her time to recommend and help me find a mascara. I have to admit I was hesitant to go back but I'm glad I did because it was a pleasant experience.
