Not sure if he was having a bad day but, he did not hold polite conversation. Justin did not clean under my toes or clip my cuticles. His first reason was because it's just a "basic pedicure". When I said even a basic pedicure should look neat he blamed me having a take a work phone call. He continued giving me attitude about his poor work and said he was going to get his manager. The manager quickly got someone adequate to finish the job. Very disappointed that I have to find a new pedicure spot. The manager herself didn't even apologize for her employees bad attitude.

Only four stars because when I arrived at opening time, I went to use the bathroom and there were dark, dried golden-yellow pee stains all over the toilet seat. It was as if a toddler had used this bathroom the night before. The stains were old. If not for Jenny's skills, I'd not be returning. There was nowhere to sit and no one asked me to check in. I stood there for a minute until a hair stylist turned off her dryer to ask me if I needed help. I was then informed that I could wait at the front in a waiting room. My stylist was Ginger and she was a little abrasive. Very rough on my head, even folding the foils down over my face and applying the hair color over my eyes and nose. She was one of those people who made you feel dumb when you asked a question, and also like she had better things to be doing besides working with you. I am less than satisfied with my results, and even less satisfied with the level of service I received. I will probably not consider going back to Ginger any time soon.
