It actually ended up being a half-hour, but she was very apologetic and gracious to me for waiting due to another stylist being out sick and her still styling everyone scheduled. Once I was in the chair, I instantly understood why there are so many great reviews. I showed her a few inspo pictures, she asked a few questions, and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted! I also learned they do kids cuts, so I look forward to bringing my daughter back soon.
