I absolutely love my hair EVERYTIME I walk out the door. I am so impressed with her attention to detail. She always knows exactly what I want even when I don't know what I want. She has always been understanding and been able to get me hair back to looking fresh, bright, and healthy. When quarantine was in session I BLACK box dyed my hair (yeah, I know). then continued to bleach it with developer and baking soda...(as if you thought it couldn't get worse). I specifically asked about pricing because every other salon quoted me around $200 for a move-up, and I told her that during the consult. Based on that quote, I chose to book with her. I had my appointment, spent over $1200 on the hair and install, and was happy with the result--until my next appointment. I had a mix-up with the dates and unfortunately missed my move-up appointment. I fully own that mistake, but I never saw the reminder texts and never confirmed the appointment. Despite that, I was charged half the service fee, which I expected--until I saw that the charge was based on $95 PER ROW. I have three rows, so that no-show fee ended up being way more than I was ever told to expect. I called the salon and spoke with the manager to explain the situation and confusion, but she was completely dismissive. She told me they "usually charge 100%" for no-shows, and when I pointed out I never confirmed and had been quoted a flat rate originally, her response was basically, "Oh well."
