I used to go there together with my 2 sons to get our hair cut, basically ever since this place opened. Recently, with COVID, they reduced hours, require you to wear a mask and make appointments in advance - all changes that we agree with and have gladly adapted to. We regard the work that these ladies do as essential and appreciate their work. However, Supercuts also recently had a staffing change and brought a new hair cutter in, Let's just say she is not exactly pleasant to deal with. I made an appointment for Saturday morning, 10:15. Arrived, mask on, about 5 minutes before. She was doing the hair of a lady customer she was busily chatting with. She just sneered at me "Yeah?". I said I have an 10:15 appointment. She grinned, went to the computer, tapped somewhere and said "no you don't" and turned back to her friend. She then berated me that the app wasn't always working and "many people just don't get it". When I left I noticed I had received an email saying that my "booking was unsuccessful". Doesn't take a genius to figure out what happened: the hair lady was sneaking in her special friend for work (which was probably paying more than the haircut I was signed up for). When I showed up she simply cancelled my appointment on her computer and then asked me to leave. Not a behavior I am willing to accept. It's time for this place to close. read more

I'm very disappointed on my visit on 2/7/2023. I went in with a picture of the color and cut I wanted. I did not get either. What I got was my hair chopped off way shorter than I'd ever wear my hair. The color has a yellow hue to it. I will have to have it fixed and pay more money out. I paid 155 + a tip. The tip I did not want to pay.. I did not want to be talked bad about as they did in front of me about a customer that had walked out. Very disappointing and sick on what my hair looks like. My husband loves long hair.. and I have always maintained it to be long. I don't feel attractive with my hair. read more

I started going yo Supercuts Hebron just as they opened for business.Like Srappy R. I was 14 year patron of Mi Salon. If you want a change,or are simpy in between hair-stylist I "highly recommend "Supercuts Hebron." We all have our favorite Stylist. At MiSalon my "Good Friend" ,Lonnie Lusty cut my hair.Consequently, my hairstylist @ Supercuts is Lindsay, and If I didn't know better I would guess She was taught to cut hair by Mike Moore, the owner of,"Michael's College of Hair design"and also the owner/proprietor of Mi Salon.Lindsay is "Fantabulous" at what She does, and approaches every cut/customer with the look of a talented person facing a challenge (use your imagination).Lastly,they will accomodate your schedule (if they can). read more

This place is terrible, the people there don't listen and mess up you're hair cut. I personally would recommend sports clips.
