Walk-ins welcome". HA! After standing there for 5 minutes I was finally greeted by the employee sitting on her ass reading a magazine. "Do you have an appointment?" she asked. "No" I replied "Just a walk in". She says "Oh we don't have anything open until 2:30" which was 3 hours later. A completely empty building with not one customer inside except me, there are 2 employees in there sitting on their asses, one reading a magazine and the other looking at her phone......but apparently I needed to sit around for 3 hours staring at the sun and waiting for them to peel their asses out of their chairs to do their job. WTF do you have an enormous sign in the front that says "Walk-ins welcome" and then when someone walks in you are too lazy to even get out of your chair to greet them? You have NO ONE in here except workers and I'm supposed to wait half a day for you to get motivated enough to put down your magazine?? Yeah, I'm not going back. Nice to know there are people still out there proving all the Southern stereotypes true.

I was seated almost immediately and they were very attentive and, again, very HELPFUL! I didn't hear any gossip about my feet or laughter which made me feel very nice. Top tier customer service, affordable prices, very accommodating, and most of all my nails looked too cute. They really ate down, of course I'll be a regular here now!

But the nail tech hardly had anything to say to me (maybe no English?). And her fingernails were dirty and her hands didn't look clean; maybe just stained. But she trimmed one of my nails that was injured as a child and although I told her not too cut it too short, she did and then she split my nail with the tool she was using, and it hurt! So she had to cut it very short to keep it from snagging on things. I'm going to look for a new place.

But while on a short vacation in Lagrange, GA, I told my husband I wanted a haircut. We saw "Cornerstop" Barbershop and the sign said Walkins welcome and he said let her do it. We went in and I asked the shop owner and stylist if she cut women's hair and she said "I can". So I sat down and to make a long story short, Mona did a Great job on my hair. We talked and shared together while she most carefully and meticulously cut my hair. I love my hair. The cut was perfect for the issues I have with my hair. She told me she is licensed to do hair, skin and loves doing men's mustaches and beards. She really specializes in that. I love Mona and if I ever go back to Lagrange I will be seeing her again.
