The highlights were poorly done, not light snd bright and because my hair is thick some are not even visible! 2 shampoos later and I am upset because I am going on vacation next week and came in specially to get bright highlights put in. They also did corrective color on reddish color that was put on by a previous salon. The red still came thru after a few washes. Looking for a better salon in another area. The only good thing I can say is my haircut was okay and they took off charges for the horrible mess they made out of my hair.

That's not something customers should have to hear, and it felt petty and unprofessional. What stood out most was how little support employees seemed to get. I even overheard a situation where a staff member calmly tried to raise a concern, and the manager flipped the issue back on them instead of addressing it. It made the whole place feel toxic and poorly managed. If this is how they treat their team, I can only imagine how little they value their customers. I won't be coming back.

My sister in law booked an appointment for me at Regis for an updo. I was expecting to have my hair…read moredone at 12pm and out by 1:30. When I got to the salon, I was told that my stylist was out for the day and they had replaced her with someone else in the interim. This other girl was busy and they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I came back and the girl still wasn't done. She then asked another stylist to work on part of my head and she would finish the rest. I picked the style I wanted for my updo and he proceeded to work on it. He was good. I don't know his name but I do know that he was very good. He finished my updo in about 40 minutes and it looked exactly like the picture. I was really satisfied with the work. Despite the scheduling snafu, I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend this salon. Ask for the guy, I have no idea what his name is, but I suspect hes the only guy working there.
