I followed their instructions and booked online. While discussing the service at the beginning of my appointment, the stylist asked if I usually used toner at other salons and I said yes. Afterward, the stylist barely spoke to me and didn't take the time to ask about the basics, like which side I parted my hair on or my hair type. I finished in the bowl and she proceeded to cut my wet bangs in the middle and didn't touch the sides/edging even though I specially requested curtain bangs. My hair is curly and needs some product + air dry to style properly, but she just roughly dried some of it to "show me the color" and put zero product in, so I left with straw-textured hair and my natural curls/waves a mess. I went to pay and the price came back significantly more expensive than the quote I got online. When I asked to see a breakdown of the service, they initially just said that they'd send a receipt. I pressed to learn the cost of each individual aspect of the appointment, and they explained I'd been charged an additional $50 for "gloss." I told them I'd never agreed to a gloss/glaze, and they said it was the same thing as toner, which is simply not true. I feel very frustrated in the lack of transparency and poor communication. For $320, I'd expect basic communication and customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
