I'm a big haircut guy. Always looking to get one every two weeks, at the latest. I've spent $50 on "high end" haircuts before, in places like NYC, and I never thought I could be paying around $30 for a great haircut. Until I came to this Supercuts and met Craig. He is as good as it gets. I speak for guys, but the haircut is quick, easy, affordable, and high quality. As good as it gets. Highly recommend. read more

I have never had an issue with Supercuts in Wall, NJ. The stylists listen to you and give you the style you're asking for. I have always gotten an appointment the day I call. Prices are reasonable. read more

$24 for a basic haircut is rather pricey. My two regular stylists charge $25 (both were busy this week) and throw in a wash and a partial blow dry. I walked out hoping my hair would look good once it dried; I guess I'll know in an hour or two. I tipped the guy who cut my hair $6 and he didn't even think to say thank you. I've spent over 40 years in the hospitality business- that's unforgivable, although I blame the times. Basic courtesy has been replaced with attitude. read more

Short wait, great haircut, friendly service, and great prices. Can't get better than that. For some reason, people often think that there's no way a cheaper chain business ever deserves a 5 star review on Yelp, but lately places like this have been showing me otherwise. I always review the service and product that I receive instead of the name. I came here after debating whether or not I should go to a more expensive barber to get my crazy curly hair dealt with and styled as I had no idea what to do with it. I'm glad I ended up here, because I got a styled cut that was as good if not better than I would have gotten at an expensive barbershop. The woman who cut my hair was friendly and knew exactly how to style my hair when I really didn't. On top of it all, you really can't beat Supercuts prices and I also picked up a hair product that was significantly cheaper than if I had bought it from Amazon or anywhere else. If I need a haircut next time I'm in the area, I'm coming here. read more

Having trouble getting in with the stylists I have used for years. Supposedly there are no appointments, and you can not ask for a stylist by name - though I always have, as do many others. Until the last four or five months or so. You can wait-list once the stylist is in. Recently, their books seem to fill for the entire day minutes after they arrive. For example, i'd call at 10:30 asking for ABC. "ABC is not coming in until 11, and we cannot make appointments". Call back at 11...they ask your name, get put on hold, and then tell you the stylist is booked all day. They try to steer you to use anyone in the place. After a lifetime of getting haircuts, it's important to use someone who you feel does a good job. I've had cuts from random stylists; they are not all created equal, to be polite. And they trimmer lengths are not consistent between stylists...sometimes, I cannot ask for the same lengths that I've used for 30 years because someone claims they do not have those lengths. Just looking for a consistent haircut, but can't figure out the rules at this place. read more

Went in during the Memorial Day Sea Girt Street Fair. They were the closest place that was open, but I am so glad I found them. Staff was super friendly, sat with me, and gave full consultation. Had a colorist on hand, knew their terminology, asked the right questions. Great knowledge of products line, recommended a great product for my hair type. Didn't try to up sell the most extremely expensive on the line, but found the product I needed for my hair (very difficult for my type of hair). I even got it on sale for getting the hair-cut. Comfortable wash station. Stylist was a great conversationalist, very funny. Quick but quality for a great price. Hair looks beautiful, exactly how I wanted it. Entire staff was friendly, supportive, and on hand for any needs. Walked in, and was seen after a small wait (which, when a salon is packed, I know that's a GREAT sign!!). Got a haircut I believe a higher end salon would have charged triple to do, and was the same quality cut and service. Highly recommend. read more

Went in there yesterday to get my 8 yr ok'd sun a cut. The place was empty so I thought it was closed. The girls was sweeping. She said they were getting ready for closing at 8pm. I said it's six, no one is here can we cut my son's hair. She said no, they are fully booked with appointments. Crickets... no one is here. There's two of you hairdressers and a littke boy who just needs a 5 min buzz. She said she couldn't. Went to sports clips and got a fabulous cut for him and was out of there in 10 min.
