I didn't leave an immediate review after my haircut because I wanted to take time and reflect…read morerather than write out of emotion. My hair has since grown back, and with clarity, I feel comfortable sharing my experience. I booked a haircut online for a listed price of $70. During booking, I shared a reference photo and explained in detail that my hair is very long and thick, and that I needed a stylist who would be patient and not rush the service. When I arrived, I re-showed the reference photo and reiterated what I wanted. Once I was in the chair, the stylist explained that she only has one hour per client. Despite this, the appointment felt rushed and disorganized. I know this because my service ran into her next client's scheduled time. That client waited for a period of time and ultimately canceled with her and worked with another stylist in the salon. While the stylist stated she only had one hour per client, my appointment ran well beyond that. My scheduled appointment time was 12:30 PM. I received a text at 11:43 AM asking if I wanted to come in early, and my receipt was sent to me at 2:13 PM. Even accounting for arriving early, this places my appointment at over two hours from start to finish--far longer than the one-hour window that was repeatedly referenced. I specifically asked for layered hair with shorter layers to help with the weight. Instead, I was given long layers, and my hair was thinned out without my consent ( as you can see the bottom portion of my hair is noticeably thin, compared to the top) . I didn't say anything at the time because the thinning had already been done and couldn't realistically be fixed. While my hair is healthy and grows back, the haircut I received was not the haircut I asked for. It wasn't "messed up," but it also wasn't what I requested. At checkout, the stylist leaned over and whispered to the receptionist, after which an additional $25 charge for thick/long hair was added. This charge was not discussed with me directly, despite my hair length and thickness being clearly disclosed before booking. After leaving a Google review outlining these concerns, the owner publicly accused me of never being a client and stated she stood by her stylist, without acknowledging the issues raised. Later that same night, I was contacted directly via text around 10:30 PM asking to "chat." That message was unsolicited and crossed a professional boundary, especially after publicly dismissing my experience. The outreach did not include an apology and felt more focused on protecting the business's image than addressing client concerns. I was polite throughout this entire process and even tipped my stylist. There was no malice on my end--just honest feedback. While my hair did grow back, not everyone is in that position, and an experience like this could be very upsetting for someone struggling with self-image. Ultimately, the lack of communication, consent, and professionalism--both during the service and afterward--is why I would not return and why I'm sharing this experience here for other women

Y'all! I just can't say enough good things about this salon! From the get-go, the online booking is…read moreso easy. I booked the same day with zero hassle. Plus, they offer gift cards right on their website, which is perfect for when you want to give the gift of gorgeous hair without the guessing game I always send my friends the link to exactly what I want ! When I walked in, I almost thought I had the wrong place because they rearranged everything to fit in two more booths! Love seeing how much they're growing! Today, I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by the lovely Idelette Herbst, and let me tell you, she is a dream. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. Also, can we talk about the head massage she gave me during the shampoo? ‍‍She totally nailed my haircut, and I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment with her. Oh, and let me just say--the playlist was everything! At one point, I thought they were playing my personal playlist because every single song was one I listen to.

While these Asian…read moremassage parlors do get some of the job done, they lack one thing: listening to the client's needs (since they already have a routine in place), which is understandable due to the language barrier. But there is so much more satisfaction in knowing that your massage therapist understands your focus areas and intends to work on those above all other areas. My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage at Enrich Spa, and their quality of massage is the same as that of a high-end massage spa from luxury hotels or that from SeaHills Spa at the Cavalier Hotel in VB, if you've ever been there. Enrich Spa just earned themselves a longtime customer. Conni did an absolute incredible job in massaging my problem areas and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and painless compared to when i walked in. I wish they would allow 2-hour massage services since that is usually what I opt for in all massage places I go to. 60 mins just doesn't do it for me. Their longest is 90-min sessions, which is adequate, but 120 mins would be 'chef's kiss'. If you need a REALLY GOOD deep tissue massage, book Conni. She specializes in deep tissue. I'll most definitely be scheduling for more in the future as my routine weekly treat for myself.

I made it very clear that the front length just below my jawline was exactly where I wanted it and was not to be touched. I also told Jazz that I've been cutting my own hair for 28 years and only visit a salon occasionally for minimal cleanup. I showed her pictures of the exact LOB shape I wanted to keep, and she said she understood. Unfortunately, she ignored everything I said. Even though I explained that my curly hair is often easier to cut dry, she insisted on shampooing and cutting it wet. She then turned my chair away from the mirror, and when I asked to watch, she told me she had to keep me faced away "because of the way she uses her arm" to cut hair--something no professional should require. Instead of lightly shaping the back, she gave me an entirely different haircut. My LOB is gone. The front is now shorter than the back--the exact opposite of what I asked for--and there are notches cut into the sides that resemble a mullet. My hair looked better walking in than it did walking out. As I was leaving, I noticed her next client was an elderly woman. It made me realize that Jazz may be used to clients who simply accept whatever the stylist decides is "best" for them, rather than someone who gives clear direction. That feeling was reinforced when she handed me a card and told me to "come back in May," despite my telling her I rarely come in and only wanted a minor trim. I'm now stuck with a cut I hate and am embarrassed by. I will never return. This felt like a complete disregard for everything I communicated and a breach of trust from start to finish.

We even measured the take off length by our fingers. We both agreed. She grabbed a handful of hair on the right side of my face & chopped it off ABOVE my earlobe! Just go ahead & make the back even. I told her to not touch the top that I would have to find someone that could try to blend or feather the rest of my hair. I was totally shocked by what she did. She said I didn't have to pay & she was glad that I was nice to her. I did get someone to help me & she did the best she could. I now need a wig. I wish I could report her.

I simply wanted an ash blonde highlight and she sent me home with this yellow hair. She told me to come back after a week to fix it for free. My hair was a virgin hair after I shaved it all off 2yrs ago. It was just yesterday and it look like it already outgrew and she said she doesn't want to fix the roots. She made me pay $140.00. When I went back for her to fix it, she made me pay again. She played with my hair but nothing I can do since all the old Filipinas ganged me up. I could have called the police or my lawyer but I did not. In my mind I just forgave her and lift her up to God/Allah. Just a bad recommendation to people planning to go here.
