Wish I could give no stars. I went in to get a haircut. Doors were open, music playing, but absolutely no staff was in the building. It was myself, and two other confused people. We all waited for a while to see if maybe someone would walk in but no one did. One girl waited over 45 mins, and her stylist ended up calling her to say she's not even working today. Quick stop to get my hairs did and it was just fine. Nothing special, but I don't really have very difficult requirements. The young lady who cut my hair took my instructions and followed them well. A bit more conversation would have been nice but if you're snipping around my eyes and ears with a sharp pair of scissors, then maybe focusing on what you're doing would be best. went to HairCuttery to get a cut. I wanted my size taper my haircut down into a woman's ball style and what I got was more of a mail cut. I asked the manager would she come and look at it and tell me what she think she told me that he he did an OK job it's all right it's OK job but she came. She had to come and cut my hair down. She could come and cut my hair down. Samoa and I just left feeling unsatisfied with the cut. I mean I have had regards for haircut because I've always gone to HairCuttery but I guess I'm shocked at the attitude of the person in charge of the store. Should've done a little bit better she did. I have a busy life and I never know when I can get some free time in. It's nice to just walk in somewhere and have someone serve you right away without an appointment. I needed to get my hair done terribly. So I walked in and Jackie took me right away. Everytime I chose a hair style it is always very time consuming because I have a lot if hair and it is long and thick. Usually it takes about three hours. I got blonde and kinda a cinnamon red highlights with a trim And wash wm and dry. Jackie explained everything she was doing, and what were better options for my type of hair. 3 hours later my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. I recommend Jackie. She did awesome on my hair and I had her do my eyebrows a couple weeks ago and she did them perfect. read more

I made an online apt same day for my son and I. Aaron took care of me and it was great! I came in for a cut, Aaron listened to my needs, was honest with how much hair would need to be cut as I haven't had a haircut in a long while. He listened to my concerns about my son having his ear cut before at a different salon and mentioned to my son's stylist to be cautious and to try a different technique to try to prevent it, my son had a pleasant experience as well. I cannot remember his stylists name but she was great, she listened to how I wanted his haircut and he was so handsome once she was done. We will definitely be back. read more

Never know what to expect when you're from out of town but I got a Great haircut, better than back home, with no wait time.

My daughter who's curly hair was down to her lower back came in for a cut. She told the stylist she wanted her hair cut to mid boob and even demonstrated it with her hand. Well her hairstylist who was supposedly the assistant manager cut her hair to right below her shoulders wet. And any hairstylist with any type of experience would know that curly hair when wet shrinks up. I complained and the assistant manager admitted she messed up and offered a refund. All I got was a refund in a form of a gift card! I mean if you had messed up my daughter's hair why would I want to go back with a gift card? Her hair will take at least a year to grow back to the health she wanted it to be at originally. So if you have curly hair do not go here. They do not know what they are doing. read more

Forgot who my hair dresser was but she was the young women who had purple tints in her hair and tattoos. Let me say she was great. I am in from out of town attending a wedding. I wanted a quick, wash, cut and blow and that was what I received. She also styled it for me as she over heard we were going to a wedding. I brought my son here to get his haircut and it was cut by Dale. I noticed something weird about Dale while he was cutting my sons hair, Dale kept rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing quietly. Almost had hair to my butt , decided to come in for a new look on a tues morning. There were only 2 stylist, both of which were occupied. I was told i would wait about 20 mins, but ended up waiting for about 45 mins. Not sure what her name was (really skinny with reddish short thin hair and side bangs) but I asked for a bob and during the whole haircut we did not converse and she never once faced me towards the mirror while she was cutting my hair into the long bob I asked for. I think i was falling asleep in my chair cus it was the longest haircut i ever had. My son always comes here for a haircut and we havent had any problems w/ him. He gets a haircut with the stylist closest to the front desk. She's great with kids! As for me, I will keep browsing for a new stylist to pick up the pieces and shape up my hair. read more

My husband just got his haircut by Kristi and she did a great job! The haircut was 17 bucks which is more than he pays on base but was very worth it! He is usually never happy with his haircut but today he was completely satisfied. We will definitely be coming back to see Kristi! There was no wait on this Saturday. We got a card from Kristi and her available times. She said she usually just takes walk ins. The place is conveniently located right by everything! It's in between Kirkland furniture and a few bars. There is a TJmaxx, Marshals and Ross right there, so totally a prime location! I highly recommend this salon and if you come by ask for Kristi! I will post a picture of her schedule! I am sure the others are good as well but I was overly pleased with the cut my husband got. read more

Dale has been cutting my hair for years, and I *love* him. He's personable, friendly, and has always done a spectacular job - and I'm extremely picky. I have naturally curly hair. In my (vast - I'm not young) experience, not too many people are that good with curly hair. I confess I can easily imagine him rolling his eyes and quietly huffing - not everyone is good with kids, and not everyone is good at putting on a happy face all the time. Ideal? Maybe not - but I won't be back given that he's not there. PS: If you know where he's gone, I'd love to know. read more

The lady didn't even cut my daughters hair the same length on both sides and when she went back in to get it fixed they were going to try and charge again for THEIR error. They fixed it, but not without giving an attitude and acting like it was a favor. You have one job people...do they even go to school at these places? read more

My brother asked Jackie to style his hair to what she felt would look best. He wanted it long on the top and short on the sides. The hair cut took no more than 6 minutes. She made him feel like he could have done it himself and it looks as though he did. His sideburns are uneven and the top is almost the same length as the sides, giving no added style as he had asked. This is my first experience at this location and it was not good. I believe my haircut is simple just 1 all the way around. My hair is not cut evenly so I will have to go home and go over it. Needed a Haircut bad, walked in on a Friday night and got a terrific cut from Hayden. Waited about 30 minutes and well worth it. Super great value, I think it was $16 for shampoo an cut. I've been going to this location for awhile now, and today I finally found a stylist that done my hair just like I wanted!! Her name is Christine and I highly recommend her. When I first entered the lady at the desk was really rude and I almost just walked out, then Christine steeped in and helped me. I'm so glad I didn't leave. I had this guy Dale style my hair. I had the pleasure of getting to know him as an acquaintance before letting him style my hair. Then I gave it a go, because I am very sensitive about how hairstylists will style my tresses. Some over power it with the use of products. Some don't use enough. Some hairstylists will go the whole 10 yards, see that their work is clearly ineffective and blame the customer. Dale was type C hairstylist. He was becoming frustrated while washing my hair and I just blamed it on a long day. He didn't follow through with any proper procedure. Along with lop-siding and BURNING my hair. The entire ordeal was absolutely dreadful. When all was said and done, he looked at me as though he was handing me back the keys to my car with a fat dent in it and shrugged his shoulders with the "not my problem anymore" stance. Dale knew what he was doing when he sure as heck realized that he didn't know what he was doing. Which makes it all the more disturbing. Will not return. E V E R. read more

Dale has cut my hair for years. Excellent. I've had great comments always. Since he's not with your company any longer, thanks for letting me know, I won't be back. He may not be one for kids but he is raved over by others for a great reason. If good people don't stay there, and I've seen some turnover in that store, by people who brought in money (and were asked for like Dale was) then there is a problem I need to stay away from. read more
