When I contacted the salon to address the situation, the owner's response was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. She did roots, cut, and toner. Online a root touch up, cut, and style says it costs $105. However, my total was $175.10. I have never seen toner cost $70! Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.
