Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. As a business owner, the way you speak to your customers matters. A man should never talk to a young woman or any client the way he spoke to us. Based on the way the owner handled this situation alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

She did roots, cut, and toner. Online a root touch up, cut, and style says it costs $105. However, my total was $175.10. I have never seen toner cost $70! Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.
