I was in the store recently and had to wait 45 minutes after signing up online; even then, people who would walk in immediately got sat for haircuts. Once I was finally in the chair, I was barely conversed with, and I asked them, "Busy day, huh?" and just got snarky comments back for the rest of the cut. Just trying to spark conversation. The haircut was subpar, and the back of my hair was slanted. The only reason it's a 2-star and not lower is because of the price. Would not recommend going to this location. read more

Beware they just don't listen and try to rush you out. I went in for a haircut asked for a scissors cut so she could layer the back. She brought out the clippers which I thought was just to clean up the bottom of the back of my head. Well that was not the case she used the clippers to trim the back portion of my head. Needless to say she butchered it where the top is longer and the bottom shaved which I explained multiple times not to so before she started. My haircut cut is disgusting I will never return. I have no problem paying more for a professional cut then a cut rate cut. You get what you pay for. read more

Walked in on a Sunday to have 2 in of my daughters hair cut. The women at the desk asked if we had an appointment, I told her no and asked how long is the wait? Her response "my manager will take care of you." So waited 45 min while the two women working were taking forever. Never saw men's haircuts take so long. A man then walks in as both stylists are finishing up saying he has an appointment and was upset because my daughter was finally walking back to get her hair cut. So they tell the man to come back, so we walked out. I'll never step foot in this place again. Joann cut my sons hair. When we left and I was buckling him into his car seat, I noticed that his ear was cut and bleeding from the clippers. Not only that, but she did a terrible job! She missed so much of his hair, didn't cut it like I asked, it was longer in certain areas. I guess you get what you pay for with a $12 hair cut. This is my second time at any Great Clips and my first time at this location. I really liked both experiences. They're fast and accurate because all I ever want is an inch or two off. I go to Great Clips because I don't think I should have to pay a full salon price just for a quick trim, and I had a coupon so this time it was even cheaper. I'm not sure the name of the woman who cut my hair but she gave me some tips on products to help with all the breakage I have. I'll definitely come back here. read more

I always get a good haircut here. The wait time is always short, and it would be shorter if I remembered to use the app to check in. The stylists are friendly. I have always received good haircuts from this location and the 2 others I go to regularly. Unfortunately I agree with the other patron that I had to wait to let online people go in before me. I would quit going here instantly because of the company online policy, but unfortunately I bought one of their gift cards and I will have to use it up so I don't lose the investment and savings. So I decide to stop in a get my hair cut. I have used this salon for a while now. I check in at the desk and see my name appear on the screen behind the only other name on the screen. Both ladies have customers they are working and I'm told there is one ahead of me. I sit down to wait. During which time two names pop up on the screen. After a short time one these customers come into the store and check in. Now the one customer that was ahead of me has already been seated and is getting her hair cut, so I think ok I'm next. Well by the time they finish with the other lady the other guy comes in that was on the screen. He gets checked in and she tells him to come back he is next. I ask why and she tells me that he checked in online. It was after I checked in in person. How does that work? I could sit there all day and if someone checks in on line they get pushed ahead of me.
