Very nice , I checked in and they took me earlier than expected and my card didn't work when paying , I left to an ATM still didn't work got a hold of my bank and got it figured out. I previously gave this place a great review....unfortunately the stylist Yolanda has been transferred to another location and the other stylists are not as good as she was. On my last visit I had explained 3 times to keep part of my hair long and during the haircut had to tell her not to cut it any shorter but the damage was already done. You need to cut my hair the way I want not the way you want. My husband got his monthly hair cut here. The location is clean and well stocked with hair care products. We checked in online and he was able to get right in a chair. The staff asked about our son but he had gone out with his grandma. That was so awesome for them to remember him. read more

This is the 2nd time getting my hair cut at Great Clips and the first time was at the 1 in Fontana.. They do not know how to cut curly hair. Both times the did not cut it straight and I pointed it out the 2nd time and it's worse. we are seniors and I took a friend and they cut it up even as well and we went back and the beautician tried to blame it on the part. Sorry, we will not be coming back. My friend started to cry when she got home it was so uneven. Mine is uneven as well. Do not go to any great clips. It's like playing a risky game, you're either gonna get a good or really bad haircut. Just find a stylist that's good cause most girls that work here are not. Plus their prices are $25, it's not worth it anymore. This last time I went, the woman cut more than I asked her to. It's a good place to get a haircut at a decent price but u less you can find a good stylist and stick with that person you'll always end up with a basic cut and uneven. But if you want to have a hairstyle other than high and tight fade you'll need to find a barber shop or that one stylist that can style hair. read more

These guys and their online wait system go beyond poor service. Here's the deal: they make you wait at home for almost two hours then they send you a message and tell you to, "Come right in" and wait up to an additional hour if not more in the store. What happens if you wait at home a little longer? You get kicked off their waitlist and have to go to the back of the line, usually two or more hours. These people have no sense of urgency. My nephew needed a haircut and went in as a walk in. They told him they'd call him in an hour and a half. He waited, had something to eat... 1 1/2 hours later nothing.... 2 hours later still nothing. Do not come here the lady who cuts hair here is terrible. It's seriously obvious she hates her job. She didn't listen to my instructions at all. She ended up doing whatever she wanted with my hair. This is absolutely THE WORST service I have ever had in my life .... The door says walk-in's welcomed.... But if someone checks in then the walk in has to wait .... I brought my 90 year old grandmother here who doesn't go out much due to pain and energy... and she was so excited to get her hair cut ... but has she's sitting there and people keep walking in and as you can see my 90 year old grandmother can not check in online ... so I signed her in , inside and no one said anything about a wait time or anything just please have a Seat and someone will assist you soon ... I asked for a simple trim and evening out of my hair with rounded cuts. The stylist used straight cuts. She asked if I was okay with one inch off in the back. I said yes. She took two. The stylist asked if I wanted my hair on my sides to still cover my ears and I said yes. She cut them short anyways. I traced out the hair I wanted to be cut in front as well. My hair in front was plenty long enough to abide the rules of reality to follow that guide (short in the middle, longer in the sides). But now I'm given a yee yee ah Moe (from-the-three-stooges)-looking haircut. I'm going have to wait four months for it to grow back to glory. The employees are nice enough but make you feel like a herd of cattle. When your finally in the chair and they ask you how you want it it doesn't seem like they listen. In my single experience I felt kind of like a number or animal, just get me in and get me the heck out. Then to get hit with a $16 bill for maybe 10 minutes in the chair, and not feeling like an important client, didn't sit well with me. The very quick trim was fine, but I felt so rushed that I didn't get but an inch off all around and I really wanted it much shorter. I don't like feeling like I got rushed out and still feel like I need a cut. And she didn't style it with any product, so while I was out afterwards my hair become a mess. Wow Nancy almost cut my ear off again I, I showed up expecting someone else, but to my luck it was her again. I didn't know how felt at first. Because last time she cut me so bad that the company sent me gift cards gave me the next 5 cuts for free. She was hesitant at first. But to my surprise she redeemed herself and end up giving me the best cut I have ever experienced. My wife was like "wow did you go to signature fades?" To both of our surprise.... Used to enjoy coming into this place because it was close by and quick, but my recent trip was pretty upsetting. I told the stylist I was attempting to grow my hair out and then showed them a pic of another hairstyle I wanted to do that was on the way to my goal. So tell me why they cut my sides and made me lose a month worth of progress? Had to point out uneven spots left. Seriously guys, came to buzz my hair here and even that they couldn't do right. After getting a half ass hair wash in COLD water that costs $10 on top of their hair cutting charges, the "stylist" made no effort to cut my hair similar to the style I asked. The length was too long. The layers weren't present. I know this is great clips, but I would still expect someone to do a job they would be proud of. My hair was a disaster. I had to go somewhere else and pay $53 more to have it fixed. When they weren't talking to each other and ignoring their customers, the staff was nice enough. A gentleman came in while I was in the chair and he asked for a trim. When he left his hair looked exactly the same length. Is there a new rule about not cutting hair if a mom has a sleeping baby in a car seat? That's what employees here did. They also became very rude when she wanted to give her name instead of her mother's. Her mother wasn't with her and she's 25, so it seems reasonable. She eventually sat and waited for them to call her. They refused and then made loud and insulting remarks about teen moms while glancing her way. Sorry, but even though the mother in question is 25, you can't insult your customers. Mind your own business, which will hopefully dismiss after this. You should know what you're getting yourself into coming here. This is another generic haircut place like Fantastic Sam's or Supercuts. Not a barbershop. So expect below average quality if you're a guy. The thing that bothers me is that when this place opened they only charged $8 for a basic cut, but now it's doubled. Seriously, don't be an idiot, go to a real barbershop in the area. Also, avoid Luxury Cuts, I wrote a review on them too. Can't say how the experience is for women, but can't be much better since these types of places expect their employees to do your cut in 12-15 minutes or less. read more

I came in here today mentally prepared to make a drastic change. My hair was all the down to below the middle of my back, and I asked for a long bob cut. Showed the girl a picture, showed her with my hands where I wanted to front of the hair to come to, even asked her if was able to do it (not in an offensive way what-so-ever). I wanted to make sure she felt comfortable doing this to my hair. I KNEW I should have went somewhere and just paid more to ensure i was going to get what I wanted. It doesn't look bad or terrible, which is why i gave it 2 stars, but it is not at all what I wanted or told the girl. So, now I have to grow out my hair and get it reshaped but who knows how long that will take. I'm honestly way more annoyed at the principle, versus the cut itself. This is actually the 2nd time I've come here for a cut and I should have listened to my gut to go somewhere else for the style I wanted. I won't be coming back to get it reshaped, that's for sure.
