This review is for the old lady employee named Patricia! My dad came to get a haircut, he asked her if she's available but she was with a customer at the time and told him to sign and asked him if he could wait for 35 mins for which my dad said okay. My dad patiently waited for 35 mins, but after Patricia finished cutting the hair of her customer instead of calling my dad next, she then called the guy next to my dad who just came and waited for 10 mins!! And didn't even bother looking at my dad who's been there waiting!! If the guy he called happened to be having an appt with her, she should at least let my dad know but nope she just ignored and skipped my dad completely!! My dad just left and she didn't even say anything!!! Very poor customer service and will not come back! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Patricia deserves no stars! You suck! read more

First I would like to say I have never had an issue here before. My son's hair was so long for it to end up like this I asked the lady twice if she can do what was demonstrated she assured me yes. The reason I wanted it longer is because he has psoriasis and she cut it all off. Her friendlyness and chatter is not gonna change the fact that she completely cut his hair off. It's not even fixable. And he has to go to school with this ???? They did not charge me. But the fact that they can stare you straight in the face and say they will give you something they can't is fucking ridiculous. If you can't get the job done say so. There is nothing wrong with admitting you are not skilled to cut hair!!!!!! I'm so upset his hair was so long for it to be destroyed the way it is now and his psoriasis is exposed. read more

I am still in shock! I have been going to Great Clips, San Jacinto, for the past several years. Yesterday was my last day ever going there again. I got the most horrible, uneven, choppy hair cut. Mr. Alex you really need to find a new profession. You cannot cut or style hair. I showed Alex a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. A medium length layered bob. I walked out with a dutch boy type of cut. I also told him I do not want my hair parted in the middle, which he totally ignored. How hard was that request? The manager offered to "fix" the damage. I refused, due to the fact I was too upset. She knew it was a bad cut, especially when I showed her the photo of what I wanted. They did not charge me.....wow how nice....but what about my messed up hair. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. read more

My Family and I have been coming to the Great Clips in San Jacinto for the past 6 years. We normally have a good experience here with all the employees, BUT today was a different story. I checked in online for me and my Son to receive a haircut. The website said it would be a 30 minute wait. So My Son and I left our house and arrived about 10 minutes later. When I arrived I was met by the rudest female employee I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I did NOT get her name. I told her that my Son and I wanted to wait for employee Marisol to cut our hair. She snapped back at me and said 4 other people were already waiting for her, and Marisol was at her lunch break. She said It was going to be a longgggggggg wait. This is our family's new favorite place to get our hair cuts! We were needing a quick hair cut for my daughter so we were on our way to the Hemet location (love them too!) but I called ahead just to see how long the wait was and they said it would be about 10 or so minutes (not bad at all, but I had all three of my little ones and waiting in a small area would not have been fun) so I decided to check out this location instead and see if we might have better luck there and we did! Not only were we seen just a few minutes after walking in but they also had a children's play table! That kept my three little ones busy for the few minutes we had to wait. Just what we needed. I was able to get both of my girls' hair cuts and my son kept busy by the play table. They were very kind and sweet to my girls and did a wonderful job on their hair! The space itself was much bigger than the one in Hemet (at least it appeared that way to me) and they had a lot more stations. If I remember correctly they also had a computerized wait list that is visible to all in the waiting area so you can clearly see how many are in front of you and where you are on the list. We weren't waiting long so I didn't really need to look at it. They also have an online/app check in. Not 100% sure how it works since I normally just walk in but might be something someone wants to look into to get your name on the wait list (or check in for appointments?) before you arrive. We also left with two $4 off "coupons" (I believe they come on all receipts) for the next hair cuts! Will be coming back for sure! read more

i stopped here on my way someplace else and was so happy i did. I had a great cut and will go back again if im in the area.

No no no!!! Went in this afternoon. The words upon entering were, did you check in online? No smile, no welcome, no social skills whatsoever. We did not mind the wait which was about 30 minutes. However, as I sat there waiting and watching, the atmosphere was not pleasant at all. Two of the stylists were very nice but the other two were cold and appeared to be unhappy to even be there. They were both working on the right side of the shop. Unfortunately, we got the stylist on the back right...who is pictured in the photo! She had attitude and did not listen to what he wanted and simply slaughtered my Grandson's hair!!! It was cut way too short & the sides were uneven. Obviously she did not LISTEN TO HIM. Oh how I wish I had called her on it right then but I wanted to see how he felt. He was so upset that he couldn't wait to hide out at home! I went out and bought him a hat to cover his cut! The girl basically gave me layers on one side of my hair and not an little bit of layers ALOT! And the layers are so dam short, the other side looked good. It was very choppy. I DONT KNOW how she can mess up that bad? It was the darker skin lady with black curly hair. She really should not be cutting hair. I came in just for an trim and to cut my dead ends off. My hair is horrible I can barley put in an bun. It's so short, the poor lady that was trying to fix it couldn't at all. The layers were too short, she said if she tries to fix it more. I will literally have no hair left. The lady that was fixing my hair she was telling me how next time, I should do certain things to prevent the girls from messing up my hair. I disagree so much, the girls should know how to cut hair. I shouldn't have to prep my hair so the girl won't mess up. It's her job, she went to school for it. We trust these girls to perform an good job. And the whole shop failed. You would think they would apologize, or something. Give me an refund but no not one sorry. I originally came in to get my hair trimmed to look healthy for an wedding, now my hair is so messed up . I don't even think I want to attend I'm so embarrassed it looks like a 4 yr old cut my hair while I was sleeping. The lady with big black curly did an horrible job, you should never be able to cut hair again and I believe you should get fired. No one should be working there that messes up hair that bad. I decided to come here on a semi-spur of the moment decision. My Dad goes to one in Moreno Valley and really loves it. The last time I got my hair cut I went to Rumors, I would have gone there again but they're appointment only. So I checked in online with Great Clips, that's their big thing. You can check in online and save your spot if it's crowded. Our house isn't too far away, so when we got there I was number 4 on the list. We were waiting maybe 5-8 minutes and then I was called up. The cost of just a cut is $14, and then you can add in a shampoo too for another $4. The stylist I had was wonderful! She was very considerate and double checked with me about decisions. I think that's great especially if you're going from longish hair to a short pixie, she wanted to make sure I was happy with all the decisions. She was very fast too! It seemed like I was only in the chair for half an hour. Overall I really enjoyed going to this salon and the hair cut I received. I felt very comfortable here and all the stylists seemed very pleasant! You can come here and spend $20, come out looking great, and be ready to get back to business! read more

We're waiting for my son's turn when I overhear a customer tell MARISOL, one of the girls who works there, that he forgot his wallet and will be back to pay. So he leaves without paying and she's super nice to him. A few moments later, my son starts dancing cause he needs to pee. I asked Marisol if he could use the restroom and she quickly answered no, that it's only for employees. I insisted and she reluctantly agreed to let him use it. Her tone of voice and body language were sickening. My son was about to pee in his pants. He has autism and has difficulty communicating, so he won't say he needs to go until it's almost too late. If I would have gone to the neighboring businesses to ask if I could use their restroom, it would have been too late. So Marisol was super nice to an adult customer who left without paying, but she was a total witch to a 6 year old who needed to use the restroom? Even though she agreed to let him use it, she looked completely annoyed by the request. Like how DARE HE need to use THEIR restroom! Marisol was rude and inconsiderate. I understand you have your company policies and you're entitled to place whichever you want, but this was an EMERGENCY and he is a child! Never again going back. read more
