It took about 5 hours to fix the damaged hair I did, and they continued to monitor my hair throughout the process. Got my pixie haircut with Angelica. She is AMAZING with the razor blade method. My pixie came out piecey and flowy, just like the picture I showed her as my inspo. This is a rare skill to find around my Menifee area, but my need for a pixie/short haircut expert drove me to find this great salon. She was very attentive and detailed. It was my second time going in asking for a perm touch up, the first time it was done twice with the largest perm rods and some of my hair didn't take. So after a couple of months I went back and asked for the same rod or one size smaller, I specifically asked her not to leave my hair looking like Carmelita Salinas curly welllll it's like I told her to do it because she used the white smallest rod. I'm no hair dresser so how was I going to know? They know they ducked up....please think twice before using this place and Yes I still paid. read more

Was looking for a hair salon that was opened on a Monday and I am glad that my regular go to one was closed. This hair salon is clean, and staff are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. My hairstylist was very thorough and took her time with my long hair. I have never been fully satisfied with my haircut and my balayage till I found this place. They did an amazing job on my balayage and my haircut. I could tell the amount of love and care they put to their work. The stylist was also very gentle with my frizzy thick hair. I went into her salon to get my extensions, which was to reinstalled. She made it seem like she knew what she was talking about when it came down to extensions I usually go to another hair salon in town but they didn't have any abilities for appointments so I decided to go to Alexis salon the extensions were installed incorrectly crooked not even It was ripping my hair off. It ripped some of my hair from the bottom weft it was so painful with off. I went back to my salon that usually go to. They were able to remove the weft. I had blisters on my head, they reinstalled the west in the different area to where it wasn't going to Mess with the couple of blisters I got from the previous installation at her salon . I honestly don't think that she knows what she's doing. She was teaching her girls how to install the weft totally incorrect. I used to work at a salon I am certified with a certain company to install Extensions so right away I knew that something wasn't right but with me leaving out of town I couldn't go back to her right away the day I did go back to her. She was not available but her stylist did see the damage that was done to my hair and the way that the weft was installed, and they kind of agreed with me that it was not installed correctly. read more

Won't be returning. The lady who cut my hair was nice but basically gave me the exact opposite of what I wanted. I explicitly told her I didn't want choppy layers or lots of layers cus I have thin hair so the bottom layers always look weird with that style. She gave me the longest layers I've ever had. They're pretty choppy in my opinion considering the top layer is significantly thicker than the others, and yep, the bottom layer is significantly longer and thinner and smaller in section than the others, so it doesn't look very blended. I did just nod and smile and pay instead of tell her I didn't like it, which I admit is on me cus I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it, but I'm not very confrontational with stuff like this and also wouldn't trust this location to fix it anyways. I'd rather grow it out some before getting it redone than have more cut off right now. Update: now that it's been washed and air dried into its natural waves (which I told her is how I normally wear it), I feel confident saying this is the worst haircut I have ever had. I'm low maintenance and usually don't care too much about these things, but this is just upsetting. read more

Alexia and Jessica are AMAZING!!! In the past I have had such horrible experiences with hairstylists (from a bad haircut to getting my hair way over processed to the point where it looked and felt like gum). I went in with no appointment and they took me. I had black box dye on top of previously bleached hair and I wanted subtle highlights. Both Alexia and Jessica were able to explain exactly what they could do for me in a way a person who is not a hairdresser could understand. They were able to give recommendations and were just such sweet individuals overall! They charged me a reasonable amount when compared to some other salons I've been to. Truly loved getting my hair done here! I have told my family about it and they can't wait to finally go to a good hairstylist! P.S. They also speak Spanish, though I spoke only in English to them and they were super nice and spoke English back. I always feel super bad in places where people know both English and Spanish yet treat people who don't know.one of the languages poorly. My mom only speaks Spanish and my boyfriend only speaks English so I know how uncomfortable it can feel. A young woman named Saundra gave me the worst haircut since I was 25.....I'm 70. She didn't listen to a word I said. I let her know the things I wanted and didn't want. I reiterated my wishes several times, i.e. don't cut the sides too short. I told her my face was too narrow and I needed enough hair to wrap around a rounded brush or curling iron. I illustrated this with my fingers. I said the same thing three times. She indicated that she understood. Apparently not. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I saw so many 5 star reviews I felt fairly confident I would get a good haircut. My daughter and her fiancee are going to visit from Seattle in a few days and I really wanted to look nice. Susy was amazing! I went in hoping to get a horrible "balayage" fixed I had previously got. Not realizing the mess I had susy was surprisingly patient. She worked on my hair for 7 hours never once complaining. I had so much red and copper but she managed to get it out and now my hair looks amazing. I probably have to have a another session to achieve the blonde I want but I'll come to see her when I do. I booked an appt on Wednesday to get a balayage for sat 11/14/20 gave 50 dollar deposit so they can confirm it. Didn't receive confirmaron til sat 845am. My appt was at 11:30am they called me less than hour from that to tell me they pushed my appt to 12pm. Once i went in to get my hair done, alexia the manager told me i would have to reschedule my appt due to my hair being so damaged she would have to work on it herself. I am very upset because i had spoken to her prior to this, sent her pic of my hair and even requested the day off work to get it done. I have a family photo shoot tomorrow and would've chosen to go somewhere if i knew she wouldn't be able to do it. Very unprofessional and very careless of her part. read more

I'm very picky on my stylist and ive been to many hair salon here in hemet! I love her! Great vibe, attuide, personality and atmosphere. She gave me a total new look and I love it! Took her time on my hair. Her product to wash my hair was great it didn't leave a weird feeling in my hair like some hair salons products will and she put something after washing I totally forgot to ask but my hair did not get frizzy for 3 days!
