Seemed to get annoyed if a client asked them to change or fix something -The quality of the up-dos most definitely did not match the cost that they charged. Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled". Again, lacking professionalism with the way they handled this.

But that is still what happened at this salon. The stylist ran her fingers through, broke up, stretched out then cut every curl I had tried so hard to keep perfect throughout my work day for this appointment. She cut my hair like it was straight and now I'm left with a shorter than chin length mess. I am SO upset, embarrassed, self conscious, and sad with what I have now that I just want to crawl under a rock until my curls grow back :'-(
