However, I do recommend double checking with your stylist about how much you will owe -- I went in thinking the price would be the same as online, but was charged more, so even though it's not very expensive, I would recommend double-checking. I got a very standard trim, and Jordan did a great job taking off all of my dead ends. I perhaps might have liked more layering than what she did, but she respected that I wanted to be able to pull all of my hair back into a ponytail, which was still very much possible. The main downside was that she waited far too long to straighten my bangs, so by the time she wanted to do them, they had already dried in a super weird way and needed to be re-wetted and re-dried before she could trim them. I told her this was going to happen, since I have super thin hair, but I don't think she believed me. But overall, I got a really nice cut, and will likely be coming back.

The vibe is pleasant and I am always offered a beverage. However, I had one bad experience with a manicure by "new talent". She didn't round the corners of my nails and they were sharp; the polish started peeling on some nails after only 4 days. There is a lot of turnover of staff there and I have not had consistency.

Vincent did my gel manicure and was so friendly and personable. Gina did my pedicure afterwards and came over to greet me while Vincent was finishing my nails. Gina was very accommodating and was very personable and attentive as well.
