I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. I looked online and I seen the place and it seemed like it was going to be awesome experience, but I am a very sensitive person and I feel like I shouldn't be judged just because of that, but I give you the upmost respect and give you my quality time and money. The price is the best I've seen in Cleveland and they give student discounts, which, in addition to client pics online and a good location, is what primarily drew me here. However, I do recommend double checking with your stylist about how much you will owe -- I went in thinking the price would be the same as online, but was charged more, so even though it's not very expensive, I would recommend double-checking. I got a very standard trim, and Jordan did a great job taking off all of my dead ends. I perhaps might have liked more layering than what she did, but she respected that I wanted to be able to pull all of my hair back into a ponytail, which was still very much possible. The main downside was that she waited far too long to straighten my bangs, so by the time she wanted to do them, they had already dried in a super weird way and needed to be re-wetted and re-dried before she could trim them. I told her this was going to happen, since I have super thin hair, but I don't think she believed me. But overall, I got a really nice cut, and will likely be coming back.

The vibe is pleasant and I am always offered a beverage. However, I had one bad experience with a manicure by "new talent". She didn't round the corners of my nails and they were sharp; the polish started peeling on some nails after only 4 days. There is a lot of turnover of staff there and I have not had consistency.

Very chill vibe with a cocktail bar & menu! (Nice touch!) I genuinely enjoyed my sparkling Rosè while my feet got pampered! I do have one *major* complaint however.... Something I had a very hard time with & was really a struggle for me was they don't have proper pedicure chairs. They're just regular chairs & a large basin for your feet that IS NOT SECURED TO THE FLOOR, so I spent the entire service with my legs tensed because I was trying so hard not to push this huge water basin full of soapy water etc onto the lap of my nail tech!! Despite my efforts to prevent the basin from pushing towards her lap, my poor nail tech had to continually reach up & push the basin back towards me because it was perpetually sliding all through the service. When I expressed my apologies for its sliding, she stated "it's fine, she's used to it." She was very sweet but this frustration really took away from me being able to relax during the pedi because my legs were so tensed & I was so worried about the basin splashing into her lap!
