I tried to set up appointments for my first cut with a few different stylists and they were pretty bad about getting back to me. They don't carry very many men's products, I prefer the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree line, but they can order it. You just have to plan ahead and let them know, which I'm horrible at until I'm in the shower and out of shampoo. Residents get a 25% discount with Carrie so it's not only convenient but a great deal.
