She gives out her phone number and tells you to text her and she'll respond in 48 hours. It's been over 3 days. No call. No text. No voicemail. Nothing. I've called multiple times, left messages, and followed every instruction given. Zero response. Not even the courtesy of a "Sorry, we're booked" or "Let's reschedule." Just complete silence. This is NOT how you treat paying customers. I don't even want the appointment anymore -- I want my money back. And no, I'm not accepting Groupon credit.
