I think she does a mediocre job in cutting hair, only because she likes to rush the hell out of your haircut. Maybe if she took her time then it would be a way better experience with awesome results. I had to go to the bathroom to find out she missed a spot. I asked to just snip of the spot she missed and she was so disgruntled. Definitely the last time I will be coming back here. The location: very nice, cozy, and clean. The vibe: Jess (the owner) is very kind and sits you down with what they could do and does a thorough analysis on your expectations. What surprised me the most is that their services are gratuity free and they don't charge you extra at checkout like a lot of other salons do which is a big plus. The products: their coloring products are ammonia free, which is great! Raven is often fully booked, so a lot of people get their appointment booked with her a month in advance so she is definitely amazing at what she does.
