Mike eventually responded and said he would come out on July 16th, but he never showed up. Since then, his contact number has been disconnected, and he has stopped responding entirely to emails. Before scheduling repairs, I was contacted by State Police regarding complaints about this company's practices. Clearly, my experience is not an isolated case. It is worth noting that Mike guaranteed his work for five years in writing, and here I am just three months later, unable to get even basic repairs or accountability.
