Clean the place up! It looks so nasty and dirty!! In fact it was pretty smelly and dusty in areas! Having a better variety from the snack bar is needed. The ladies at the front counter are very rude. And when spoken to they reply with a roll of the eyes or a head shake. If you own a business, you need to have a happy face at the front. You're the first person they see and the last person you see you should be welcoming,?warm and friendly. After all, they are spending money in your establishment! The clientele is clearly not expected to behave in a family environment. There's a lot of cussing and screaming from adolescent teenagers that dress like animals. All businesses have the right to refuse service so I wish they would learn to refuse service that isn't good for business! Music selection is poor. Bathrooms were dirty, and there was a girl in the bathroom vaping. There was a stabbing between two young teenage boys. Clearly not a safe place to be. Apparently from what I understand also birthday parties are not really well thought out. They've booked too many parties at one time in the evening so there's no other place for families to sit if they're not there for the party. You have to pay $2dollars per small drink per guest, which is clearly expensive. Most kids that are skating will not drink just one drink and of course they don't keep up with their drinks either. A package with free refills would be nice or something that you are spending $100 on drinks. It's NOT an adult bar! Just a poorly owned establishment that could have so much potential with a real business person running a true family friendly place. Oh and get better music too! read more

Wholesome vibes and child friendly music! New clean skates and a clean smooth floor! Helpful good skaters for staff! They have good dj that uses all the different lights and equipment it's so pretty! The floor is smaller than roller city but overall it's x100 better of a skate place. Water is awfully expensive read more

As an old an ancient skater way past his prime. I find that this skate rink rates far above all those that I have experienced. They are very receptive to beginners and youth just learning to skate. Those kids annoy me as an old timer past his prime. But it does my heart good to see that they cater to the kids in a very pleasant and disciplined manner to enhance the new skater's experience. As far as the rink itself, volume of the music and area for parties, great place. Customer service is very lacking here. When I went to get skates for my child, told the ref his shoe size I got a blank stare, made me feel pretty dumb because this was our first time going and didn't know if I was asking incorrectly by just asking him for his shoe size. Concessions are over priced and you are not allowed to bring your own beverages from outside, including a water bottle. A small cup is 1.50 which is fine but no refills which is ridiculous in my opinion. I stood at the concession stand and waited for the worker to finish her conversation with another worker before I was helped which I found rude. I don't see myself returning. read more

My kids had a lot of fun here! We went during the day and it was not too busy at all. We love all of the different skate options. Roller blades, roller skates, and my 4 yr old even wore special skates. There were no "walker" type devices to help the kids learn but the different skates for beginners was great. read more

The rink is good, and staff is nice, but watch out for inappropriate exchanges between teenagers. Not only were the all over each other, they were speaking and making inappropriate gestures to my young children. Got a manager involved just to find out I was not the only one to report this behavior in the 1.5 hours we had been there. They were spoken to but they should've been kicked out. When I go to a family activity place I don't expect to have to filter quite so much. read more

I have been coming here for about eight years now and it's still a great place to skate!! The skates are always in good condition and maintained. The place is very clean and every worker is very nice. The music is appropriate for all ages. There's nothing wrong with this place at all! I just wish they could expand. Really nice workers, one showed my kids how to skate!! Snack bar lady was kind to a boy that lost his money. Guards try to keep everyone safe and the guy at the skate counter helped me fix my old skates.. The once a month Dollar Skate makes it easy to bring the family. This Skating Rink is the best place around, going there on Friday nights with my son is the best, all the kids that go there have a blast, it does get busy at times, but that's not a bad thing, and a note to other parents, the skate guards here are NOT babysitters, they are there to protect the people who fall from getting run over or kicked by other skaters, when it gets busy that becomes something that's not easy to do when there are people falling left and right and only two skate guards are on the floor, parents you are aloud to walk on the floor with your children, parents I also advise you not to pick the young ones up if your on skates, I can tell you from experience that you will become top heavy and will slip and fall right on top of them, I have seen other adults do this with their newborn children and have gotten increasingly worried at the rate which many adults pull this maneuver off and would absolutely hate to see a little one have to be taken to the hospital due to their parents lack of better judgment, at last, as with every business there are good reviews and bad reviews, take my review with a grain of salt and go check it out for yourselves and leave a review.
