My dog loves going here, and I'm always impressed by how friendly the people are, especially Madison.

I ended up having to be out of town the week of the appointment, so I called several days in advance. Canceled the appointment and rescheduled for the next week, asking to be put on the same groomers schedule. When we showed up for the appointment and I told the girl who came out front who we were there to see. She told me she wasn't there that day. Asked, if she could do my dog? A little hesitant, I said sure. She takes him on his leash to the back. My dog is 80lbs. She passed by large kennels on the left and walked him down to more medium sized kennels. He didn't want to go in, so of course she had to kind of force him in. Not hurting him or anything. She came back out not saying anything. I asked if she wanted my phone number? She said, we usually have a card. Well, she didn't even know my name. I asked if she wanted me to write my info down? She reached over and grabbed a business card and asked me to write it down. After doing so, I left. Feeling unsettled, most of them down there don't seem very friendly, the place doesn't feel welcoming and they don't really seem crazy about the dogs. Like most dog people anyway. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, questioning myself on whether I was being overly sensitive or critical? Pulled out into the road, turned and went right back. Went in. Another girl came out front. I told her I just wanted to pick up my dog. She asked if I was sure? I replied, yes. She brought him out and I told her the kennel they had put him in was way too small for him and it bothered me. She replied, well, that's the ones we use for our bigger dogs. That was it... No further discussion. I was not rude or unkind when telling her my feelings. We left, the end. No warm and fuzzies here. Communication is very poor here all the way around. Whether trying to reach them on the phone or get a call back. Or in person. I've waited a few weeks to write this hoping maybe they would reach back out to me. Honestly, for whatever reason they just don't really care about customer service. Would not refer anyone there.

I can tell you that my dog has "scolded" me in the past when I picked him up from other places where they probably didn't treat him well. He would share his distress with high pitched screeching and would pull to leave as quickly as possible. Today, when I picked up my dog, he was very happy to see me but was not freaking out to leave as fast as he could. The staff here genuinely love dogs and provide awesome care. When we got home, my aging dog was wanting to play fetch and had a renewed interest in his stuffed toys which made me think that they were playing with him to make sure he was stimulated during his stay. Sweet! Great job ORDD&R!

My dog is testy about meeting new dogs and doesn't do well in dog parks, so I was trepidatious about bringing her to a kennel-free day care, but the staff are all pro. Cookie gets to hang out in the "sweet old ladies' club," with other calm older dogs who won't tackle or harass her. She is relaxed and happy hanging out here and is eager to head through the door in the mornings. The team here does a great job of keeping dogs engaged with just the right kind of company for them: young, rowdy dogs get to tear around the yard and bodyslam each other all day long until they go home filthy, exhausted, and happy; meanwhile low-key, chill dogs get to nap in the shade and cuddle with the staff.

They leave you sitting in a room for hours or forget your even there that's happened to me twice. When you walk in no one acknowledges your even there so in my opinion I think there rude and very unorganized no one knows what's going on ever it's mostly a big mess every time I have to go. So I think after 14 years it's time to move on my pup has skin problems and it's only getting worse and no one seems to know how to help her they just guess at what they think it could be and charge a fortune each time you have to come back because what they did or prescribed didn't help. So I'm sorry but this is my review:-(

Mind you they guaranteed me that I would not have to pay for anything if the nails grew back. Well I got call after call to pay for the follow up even though their surgery didn't work. Then for the person who did the surgery to tell me it's above her pay grade to determine if I should be charged or not. When everyone on the staff team told me it was up to her. She honestly could have worded it differently and I wouldn't be upset. Then i waited almost 2 months for the owner to call me after leaving multiple messages about this. This place may seem friendly but they just want your money. Now I'm having to find someone else do help with my cats foot due to them not caring about their patients. I understand they're just animals but this animal is my baby and we should be treated better.
