Customer service can be VERY lacking in the store. I've gone in before, on several occasions, looking for fish, and despite many employees in the store hanging around 'yapping' with each other, have not been approached and asked if I needed anything. Honestly, the only reason I would buy a fish here versus the local fish stores is that sometimes certain ones go on sale for $1, and if I need a lot of them for a tank, the price is too good to pass up. I have gotten so many things here and will keep coming back because they have a great customer service and everything for outdoor work and play that I need.

This is my preferred TSC location as they aren't maskholes. I walked in, no mask, and was greeted with a smile, at least I think it was a smile. I headed straight back to the feed area and started loading up the bags I needed. To my surprise, I ran in to a buddy of mine that helped me decide on some winter feed. I had been buying layer feed every week and he suggested I switch over to some scratch grain for the winter, since my hens won't be laying much during the cold. As I was looking around, I began to notice the mix of feed from fowl to livestock with no clear line of demarcation. That's the only problem with TSC. Things tend to blend in. I also like shopping the herbicide and really wish they had more options available, similar to what our local CO-OP has. Either way, I really love our TSC in Cleveland. Yeah what other fish store can say that? I love the dark saltwater room, that really helps to showcase the fish and corals. The freshwater rooms are not as impressive but the fish are still high quality. The store is new so I expect to see improvements as it grows. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in Cleveland. In addition, there are about 20 tanks with a good variety of different fish and invertebrates to choose from. Prices are good, especially for the area. They have a smaller selection of freshwater fish, but what they do have is healthy looking, and it's a good variety of things that you probably aren't likely to find at big chain stores. And, prices are competitive. The plant selection is OK, but not great. All the people on the staff are knowledgable and friendly, too- Which is a real plus!
