Later that evening, we cancelled. As it was after hours, I really emphasized with the chat service (on their website) that they should send both my contact info (address included) and the message as the technician was scheduled for late morning. They agreed. Somehow the message didn't get through and the technician showed up. They were extremely professional about it. We apologized profusely. I'm not sure if the chat service is contracted or part of their company so I remove one star for the communication glitch. Anyway, I'd recommend them based simply on the ease of appointment setup, clear explanation of the cost, and the technician's professionalism despite a disappointing service call.
