Words can't explain how thankful we are to the Great Homes ATL team! We started our home search process in Feb 2019 and found Mark in July. After hearing so many nightmare stories about the home buying process; (especially if you choose to build like we did) we were going into this process a bit apprehensive. Needless to say, this whole 6 month process went off without a hitch! From choosing a home, the lender and working through the entire process, Mark and Curtis were there to guide us every step of the way. We never felt they were too busy to give us a call or text back. My husband and I came across the Great Homes ATL team on Social Media and "followed" them for several months. We enjoyed reviewing the many different properties that were posted and the many different price points throughout the Greater Atlanta area. What I loved most is that the team was very knowledgeable not only in prestigious sought after communities but also in up-and-coming areas as well. GreatHomesATL was essential in finding my wife and I's dream first home. I to was a first time home buyer with little knowledge about the home buying process. Mark not only found me a beautiful home in a great area but educated me enough on the process to were I felt comfortable explaining it to others once I was settled into my own.
