He did a full inspection and service. Joe is "old school", he did not provide a written estimate or service ticket, we did a "handshake". I entrusted 2 pieces of good equipment to him and didn't worry one bit. He is professional, kind and honest. When the work was done he had even replaced the blade on the snowblower at no charge.
