When answering they were very friendly and I got put on the phone with Al who was awesome! I asked if he had experience with Lexus models (the car I specifically wanted inspected was the 2005 Lexus LS 430) and he did, sharing his knowledge. He did a great job with all the details he went through giving an honest assessment of the potential issues which were mostly minimal. He went the extra mile answering all my questions and the price they gave was incredible value for $80. After coming several days later to Wixom to the purchase the car from the private seller, I reached out to Al and the team same day to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick once over before my long drive back to New York City and they did that same afternoon. This was extremely important because I was pressed on time and had to leave Michigan early the next morning. John one of the mechanics there greeted me and was super friendly showing great enthusiasm to looking at my new car. We spoke for quite a bit and he took a look at the engine and addressed all the concerns. He even offered to take a look for the oil leak potential issue that popped up during the pre purchase inspection to see if it had subsided or needed to be addressed. These mechanics at this business are passionate hard working professionals that will take care of you and make you feel like you made the best choice in picking them for your car concerns. Definitely felt the Michigan hospitality as someone from a state far away, cannot recommend them enough!

I take it in there today because the low tire pressure light came on again.. SAUL pulls my car in the bay and said he's gonna check all four tires. He comes back and tells me, it's still the tire that got the new wheel on it. He does something and comes back. Saul tells me that the guy that put the wheel on forgot to pull the valve stem through the hole. I told him I don't wanna be on the other side of town messing around with my tires. So he took care of my tire that was losing air 2-3X/week and made sure all the other tires were in good shape and not losing air. I hope this is the end of the tire story. YAY, Saul!

I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time because I was told the sale started on June 6th. But when I came in, the price started off at $1350. Then it was $1290. Finally it was $1150. Then I asked to put the one good tire in a bag in the back. Their mechanic used his greasy hands to put the bagged tire in the back. But failed to put the tire in the bag all the way and left all the seats dirty from his hands and the tire Why not put another bag in top of the tire so it doesn't get the seats all dirty? They originally said I would have to wait 4 hours for the tires to be mounted with my appointment because they were busy. I asked them why I made an appointment if I have to wait that long. No answer. But they did finish in 2 1/2 hours. But I guess they were pissed because of the mess they left from the job on the seats.
