When I roll in, I am promptly greeted and told it would be just a second. So the guy comes out just a few minutes later and takes a look at my tires and then tells me that I should replace the front two when I can, but the back too are okay. He said that I definitely needed to get them done before winter. The thing that I loved was that he could have said, "Yeah you're right. You really need to replace them all" and talk to me into getting brand new tires today. I appreciated the lack of pressure and honesty. Although I did not make a purchase, I was pleased with the experience. There's absolutely nothing fancy about this place. It is accessible for those with difficulties or strollers. I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.
