The rims I received were damaged (bent and scratched with a chunk missing) straight out of the box!! They refused to replace or refund. Because it had been 31 days and the cut off was 30. MIND YOU IT WAS CHRISTMAS and I work out of town as a travel RT during this pandemic. So we had to suck it up there. Not wanting to be wasting 1700$ we went to have the rims put on anyways. Once we got there the tire presser sensors that I ordered were NOT in the box, and the lugs for the CHROME rims were BLACK and not at all what I ordered. We called to see if he could send the correct order or help resolve the issue...The man was extremely rude and condescending refusing to speak to ME (a female, and the person whose money he STOLE) and would only speak to my boyfriend. EVEN STILL, He refused to send the correct order and pretty much stated that it was MY fault for not checking to make sure that it was correct right away.... Even tho I just gave this man almost 2000$. I received damaged and incorrect products with terrible service. SAVE YOURSELF DONT GET ROBBED!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! Within days of purchase, the truck had major issues. It's now been in the shop for over 6 months total, and I've barely been able to drive it. I've had to chase them down for updates, calls go unanswered, and promises made early on have not been honored. Now, instead of making things right, they've tried to buy the truck back for far less than what I paid--leaving me stuck with the loss on a vehicle that was never right to begin with. As a customer, you expect honesty, accountability, and basic communication--none of which I've received. If you're considering buying from here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice.
