She was annoyed my hair was still somewhat wet and she said to make sure I wash it the night before and to tell all my bridesmaids to wash it the night before. Ok, not an issue. The makeup portion went fine we had a good conversation, so things were looking up. I think she did a great job on my eyes, but I really wanted some great contouring and I don't think she did that. Hair, this is where we went downhill. She said my hair was dry. I apologized and promised to use product before the wedding. She said not to use product the week before because she wouldn't be able to do anything with it, I've never heard of such a thing. I asked for two pieces left out to curl to frame my face. While trying to curl them she said she didn't like these pieces and asked if she can just CUT them off! She was frustrated I didn't have extensions. And I told her I was open to them if it was needed to achieve the look and if she couldn't do that without them to focus on either the updo part or just curl the bottom. Idk why, but she teased the bottom. It looked like a rats nest. I don't understand how she could leave it like that. How would that make me want to come back with my bridal party!? Maybe I was just an inconvenience and she didn't want me to come back? Really disappointed. As soon as I saw it I said thank you and paid $150. I didn't bother to comment or ask her to change anything cause at that point I knew I'd be going elsewhere.

They worked with me to make sure I could get an appointment that would allow me enough time to still get ready for the wedding I was attending. Lauren did my hair and suggested doing curl instead of just a blowout. I was hesitant, but let her do her thing. It turned out better than I expected and much more fun than just doing a blowout. She was very sweet and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. Jessica did my makeup and I was so happy with the end result. I had originally wanted airbrush makeup but after speaking with Jessica, I decided it probably wasn't the best option for my skin. I didn't give her much direction on what I wanted and wasn't sure what to expect. She took her time and didn't make it feel rushed at all. I can't express how happy I was with the end result. I'm not used to having a full face of makeup, but I wish I could have her do it for me every day! The best part was that it didn't look overly done and I didn't feel like I had a ton of makeup on.
