I was charged $60 for a non RMT, their RMT was not available. They only have their RMT in house on Fridays. I'm fine with the price but on their flyers it mentions $60 are hot stone massages. When I confronted them, they said the $50 dollar one doesn't include use of massage oil. Massage oil was only put on me for a brief 10 minutes and I did not have hot stones put on my back. They didn't even give me a proper room with a door and walls. Will not be back even if I was desperate.

The location is clean, bright and the beds are set up ready to go. The beds are little short for us (if you're tall your legs might touch the wall) but they're HEATED which was awesome. My masseuse Betty was very attentive to my needs. It's not meant to be a slow-paced, aromatherapy massage. She has quick hands and great technique to get to your tight spots. She warned me in advance that my back would be sore for a few days, so no surprises. They apply menthol cooling cream as well to help with relaxing your muscles. Also does a few stretching / twisting poses to help with the massage. The head massage portion was fantastic, and the weighted hot towel felt amazing at the end to relax my back. This was the first time I've been to a spa so I wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived 15 mins early to our appointment - we did not have to wait long to get our room. We changed out of our clothes and got underneath the towel till our masseuses knocked and came in to start the massage. There was a language barrier as the masseuses spoke Mandarin and just a bit of English. We had to signal to apply less pressure as they were both applying a lot of pressure in the beginning of the massage. They also asked if we wanted oil for the massage. We had booked a one hour massage and I believe they ended right on time. For an hour I just focused on the music in the background and the gentle massage on my back, neck, legs, arms, and head. The spa was clean and a peaceful environment. Massages were reasonably priced and I was told the tip was split 50/50 between the masseuses. Note these are not RMTs though so they can't be claimed if you're looking to use insurance benefits from work. The spa is centred for massages only, so there are no additional amenities if you are looking for a place to lounge and relax around afterwards. We got our massage and promptly left after paying. I did feel more relaxed after the massage. It's a bit further out from where I am so not sure if I would go out of my way to visit. Would recommend if you're nearby!
