I especially want to recognize a woman I believe was named Symone (spelled with a "Y," if I'm correct). She handled a difficult situation with an upset customer in such a professional and patient manner. The customer was being unfair and trying to pressure her into a situation where they were clearly in the wrong, yet she remained calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. Honestly, I don't even live close to this location -- I drive about 20 minutes just to shop there because the food selection is excellent, especially for my lifestyle and dietary preferences. But what truly keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service from the entire staff. You can tell the team genuinely cares about customers, and that makes a huge difference.

I had purchased a bad watermelon and came back to the store for assistance. Jason was clearly busy when I approached him, but that did not matter. He stopped what he was doing and personally took the time to help me. He could have simply processed the return and sent me on my way, but he went FAR beyond that. Jason literally went into the back and searched through multiple watermelons trying to find the right one for me. He even brought melons out to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. On top of that, he compensated me for the bad watermelon when he certainly did not have to. He was patient, pleasant, professional, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. THAT is customer service. His service made such an impression on me that I now drive all the way from the southwest area to Henderson specifically because of the customer service I receive at this location. That should tell management everything they need to know. I also want to recognize a wonderful woman in Produce whose name I believe is Janet. She was an absolute delight and another example of what excellent customer service should look like. In a time when great service and work ethic can sometimes feel difficult to find, it is impossible for me not to acknowledge employees who still take genuine pride in what they do. Jason absolutely deserves his title as manager. He didn't just resolve my problem. He made me WANT to return to this particular store, even though it requires me to drive across town. Before he could finish moving, the attendant loudly said to me, "You need to say excuse me," as if I should have pushed past him. Her comment was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely out of line. I was being patient and respectful, and her announcement made the situation uncomfortable for no reason. I called the manager afterward to share what happened. She was kind, listened, and I appreciated that. I truly hope they address this clerk's customer service skills because this experience was disappointing. I rarely go to the Sprouts on Silverado, and after this, I've learned my lesson. I'll stick to the Green Valley location from now on.

The booths we did see were a dessert booth which had tiramisu samples and more. They also had pies and breads but I was too stuffed at the time to want desserts, so maybe next time I'll buy one. There was one selling honey and popcorn, samples galore! The honey was delicious. Chips and salsa were out as well but of course you mostly come for the produce. They had apples, grapes, oranges, lemons, avocados, carrots, zucchini, onions, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, garlic, string beans and so much more I can't even remember it all. The apples were AMAZING! The cherry tomatoes were so good too and I don't generally eat them alone. Everything we got was excellent and full of so much flavor. Everything beat what the grocery stores deliver any day.
