This sprout location is my go-to buy the basics that I need. Recently, when I have gone shopping, I notice sprouts have these "new carts." Finally, one of the representative Lincoln told me about the self-cart check out system by Caper cart partnered with Instacart. He convinced me to try it out and guide me through the process. When I had issues, Carlos was able to find me on the grocery store floor and making sure my experience with the cart is going well. So far with the cart was able to track my spending but it's hard to maneuver at times. Automatically let you know if you have coupons, was able to check out in the cart and very own VIP caper line. The cart is great for if your planning to buy groceries for the next two weeks or so. But no need to use it if your going to purchase a couple of items. Every Wednesday they have a $5.00 sushi special which I love when I want something to eat for dinner and don't feel like cooking. You can grab a sandwich and a salad for lunch. Right now, they have 20% off all organic produce. Store is clean and airy. I definitely like shopping at sprouts because it's not as crowded and I'm not bumping into other customers. Although the staff has changed over the years there has still been standout mainstay employees there, one named Morgan in particular who helped me today when the pricing was wrong on an item and she went the extra mile to sort it out for me and never made it feel like it was a hassle. I really love the vitamin and body care section. The name itself isn't exactly describing the overall selection of homeopathic remedies, incense, etc, but it's quite the haul. Donna back there has a lifetime of knowledge and experience and is worth taking to get if you get the chance. She's a really fantastic person. My knowledge base with some newer products and remedies has been lacking lately, but this woman has the answers! Shout out to Mike at the front self check out. He's a delight and happily welcomes everyone when they enter the store and can also deal with my shenanigans when I check out. It's honestly due to my constant obsession with clearance and sale items I realize upon check out that I've just gotten too many of. I have a problem... This Sprouts gets all my business. I only live a few minutes from the Sprouts on Silverado and no longer go there due to their employees not wanting to work and not waiting on me. They didn't want my business so the message was received loud and clear. So now I drive 15 minutes to use this Sprouts. Every employee behind the counter serving me fish, steak, etc helped instantly and were spotless in wrapping it up. Stopped in passing by last night at 9:50pm and they still have their meat cutting open; ordered a few things and the employee did exactly what I requested him to do. 9:15 am visit on December 6th Review #57 of 2024 I swung by to grab a few essentials: salmon, poke, coconut cream, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. I chose to customize a sandwich with Boars Head ham, turkey, lettuce, and two slices of cheese. They offer a combo deal for just an extra dollar, which comes with chips and a bottle of water--such a great value since the sandwiches are quite large. The staff is quick and efficient in preparing the sandwiches, and they really know how to pile on the ingredients. I'll definitely be returning for more! read more

I came in here to grab some groceries for myself while I'm out here visiting family for a few days. It's one of the better options if you have a food allergy or a certain diet you need to follow. Since I'm gluten free they have plenty of options to chose from. I haven't been to this specific location before so when I walked in I was all turned around as the produce is right in front and all the dry food/freezer food was to the left (I'm so used to the one I shop at back in CA). Anyways it was a good shopping experience as every employee was so friendly and helpful that I encountered. And I did ask for help too, as the setup was different to what I'm used too. Stopped in for walnuts to get my share of zinc! The new self checkout area was open and One lane customer service with several people with a good portion of merchandise as well as needing additional assistance . Not in a hurry the store was clean. My mind was clear and just healthy chatter around me.. the customer ahead of me allowed me to go before them because they needed additional assistance so I was happy. I purchased flowers and one of the associates noticed I didn't have a bag to protect the stem of the flowers and offered to put my bouquets in and extended. Blessings to me... This review is about Jill, the Bakery Manager at the Sprouts on Stephanie. Behold, this is one of those old fashioned homemade pastries that Grams used to make. This is NOT prepackaged lumps of bread with a white confectioners' sugar and water mix, labeled "icing". When I came in to this Stephanie location, Jill was carefully checking all the items in the bakery, ensuring freshness. I asked questions about a couple of items and she thoroughly answered them for me without coming off "sales-ey". I eventually bought these delicious rolls and reluctantly shared them with family. I couldn't in good conscious keep these calories all to myself. The vote was unanimous. The best we've had in a really long time. This place has been going downhill for the last year. Always out of lettuce and other produce. They've raised sandwich prices to an astonishing price. Nothing here is affordable at all. Staff are very rude when you ask questions. Why do they charge for plastic bags when they have plastic bags in the produce section? oh that's to get as much money out of you as possible. read more

Tok tok made me do it I know I'm probably late to the party lol Said sandwiches was $4.99. Well they didn't say if you added cheese and changed regular turkey to smoked turkey it would be $6.49. Not bad. I did t add may or mustard bc the bread would get soggy ended up a little soggy in middle bc I got oil on it. Next time I'll try something else and stick to the $4.99 option. For those of you that remember The Fresh and Easy Store, it's exactly that. There are affordable options and coupons available if you sign up for the app. Sometimes they have sale items that you can grab but you'd have to eat them same day or freeze them. Oh and $5 sushi on Wednesdays. So yummy. I sincerely love this place. The staff is kind.The produce isles and deli are clean.There is a great selection of exotic produce, vitamins, green cleaning products and healthy foods .I love that it is simple for those of us that are beginning our healthy foods journey. If you are unsure what to eat for dinner there is a variety of ready to cook items that are fresh and perfectly portioned for 1-2 people if you have a small household like mine. My favorite thus far is the Jamaican jerk chicken wings. I throw them in the air fryer and everyone loves them. I love my neighborhood Sprout on Stephanie. I shop there every week and the food and produce are fresh and thoughtfully displayed and presented. From the fresh organic meats to my favorite juices, drinks and snacks, I'm very happy with Sprouts. The greatest standout for me however is the outstanding customer service from people like Jamie. She has the best customer service, always super welcoming and she's always showing me the latest yummy products. I'm in love with the French puddings and desserts. Jamie always helps me retrieve fresher packages of items in the vegetable section and she takes her time to listen to what I may be needing in the store. When my cart is heavy, she helps me unload things in my car. As a senior citizen, this means a lot as there are not too many kind people in life anymore. Sprouts has almost everything you would need from a grocery store. I love coming here to shop. Fruits and veggies are usually pretty cheap. Also have a decent variety of meats, obviously not as comprehensive as an actual butcher shop. But they do good. Also have lots of yummy and relatively healthy snacks. They used to have self serve for thst but not the package them in bags. Fine by me to be honest. Supplements and vitamins are also available. And alternative therapies.
