She is always so sweet, caring, and kind, and she does an excellent job with the deli sandwiches. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, well-made, and delicious, and you can tell she really cares about the quality and the customer experience. I only go to the Green Valley location, and the deli team there deserves recognition for how well they do. Carina is a big reason I keep coming back. An experience rivaled by no other realm of retail- Whilst the many departments of this farmers market make for a fortuitous experience it would be a great folly to mention naught the Deli. The delicatessens are skilled in knowing their meats and cheeses and beyond! Further more I received a blessing beyond any normal shopping treat. A sandwich. I cheated on my regular Sprouts this weekend with this one and I don't have any regrets about it. I love my home locations (yes, I frequent 3 particular Sprouts, depending on where I am coming from when I go to them) but this one is pretty great too. I used to come here when in the area and decided to stop in on the way home from an activity instead of the one closest to my house. This location is clean, large and well spaced. The shelves in this location seem to be wider and I think they hold a higher selection of items. I could be wrong about this, but it's my perception. The produce is fresh and attractive. Everyone who I've ever encountered working here has been nice and friendly. read more

Refill! I stopped in to refill the refrigerator. Greens and fruit. OMG, the cherries, red grapes, bananas, blueberries and green grapes are so sweet, yummy and fresh. The items I bought are in the ad marked with a red sigh in the store. Please stop in if you don't, refill if it's your spot. Cathy helped my husband and I find the right frozen fish to get the best price - she grabbed Jason (I think?) from the meat dept to help her help us and they were both so kind, patient and went the extra mile of bringing me options to choose from. This review is for the Sprouts at Green Valley and Horizon Ridge . I want to complement the Deli Manager CORINA ! I do most of my shopping at Sprouts .so I go into The store quite often. I buy a great deal of pulled chicken, and if it's out in the front, Corina seems to always go the extra mile to get me some if at all possible! I was used to going to the sprouts on Maryland Parkway, it is miles closer, but even the managers will say anything to playcate you, just to get you out of their hair. Their service is slow, and they seam to not understand what customer service is ! The Green Valley Sprouts/ at Horizon Ridge , have ALWAYS been courteous, and seem to want my business! Even with the higher gas prices, I drive an extra 20 miles to shop there! Again , I don't want to go overboard, but the Deli manager CORINA , always has a smile , and is there to help! read more

This is my go-to sprouts! Shelves are always clean and orderly Staff is incredibly communicative, especially during the egg shortage! During my last visit unfortunately a bottle of wine had fallen and spilled, fortunately it was cleaned up very promptly by Greg thanks to the rapid communication from Lezlie, who by the way was very polite and helpful during my checkout process! I went to the deli at sprouts on green valley in Henderson and had Sarah help me she made an amazing sandwich and was very kind and energetic and helped me get all my meats and cheeses I needed for my party I was having and was all super fresh. I went to this location for the first time today and I honestly had the worst experience. I had came into the store after going to spirit halloween, with my younger siblings and I was browsing the skincare section. This older worker that looked like late 70s with white hair and a white beard was there just standing watching us with no facial expression the whole time I was browsing. He didn't even bother to ask if I needed help it made me so uncomfortable I just ended up leaving the store and I didn't even get what I was looking for. It's frustrating to spend time and money only to receive such poor-quality products.
