Since we do frequent Kalispell I knew I would find a place to get copies so I went on Yelp (duh) and I found this place. Easy to find on the main highway (93) and on a corner with easy in and out parking lot. Once in I was promptly waited on and asked for 3 copies of the 3 legal documents I had and all in all it was 41 copies and it was a whole $2.87. I keep forgetting no sales tax and these were copied and stapled. I almost felt like it should of been a lot more. The gal that waited on me was so pleasant and helpful that I felt like it was awesome just to have found this place. Great service and a great price what more can you ask for? Oh and they have so many other services, faxing, copying, printing etc. I then returned the next week to use their faxing service and it was just as prompt and easy. I'll be back!!

He said that would be fine and he can put it on hold. today I show up and it's gone, now being told that they don't put things on hold. If you ask for something to be held so you can buy it the next day don't expect it to be there. If I'm gonna spend 230$ on something, where theres barely a selection. I expect to be able to buy it period. Don't buy desks for staples.

I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair. Don't hesitate to use them! I certainly would if I were ever back in the area.

That's understandable except that, if your business advertises the fact that you handle passports, you should a least have an idea of how the process works. She was also curt and annoyed that we were there. Needless to say, our passport applications were returned because the photos weren't correct. Lots of money circling the drain due to simple mistakes by this employee.

When they are open, and you go into the store in person, they tend to do a good job. But for a shipping store they close early, or close entirely at the most inconvenient times. I had a box there for 5 years and the only reason I kept using it was so I didn't have to use the post office, which tended to be more inconvenient than this store.
