Took the phone to his bench and looked at it, then said "I don't think it's cracked". He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference. Shout out and accolades to Kalispell Batteries Plus, and especially Jim K for the honesty and integrity to do the right thing, which seems to be in rare supply in our world these days. Thank you Jim!
