They continuously deceive me with false updates, claiming my phone is being worked on when it remains untouched. I have been without my device for a month. This is not mere incompetence--it's a deliberate evasion of accountability. I am prepared to pursue legal action. I demand that Best Buy corporate investigate this matter immediately.
