They have a ton of places to choose from and the prices are really good compared to booking on your own. I wanted to go to Las Vegas in peak season. The booking process was easy, the rate for a week was affordable (Polo Towers) & the condo was located in the center of the strip. Roof top pool, BBQ area, hot tub & cabanas. The staff was amazing, checked in with me morning & night by text to make sure I had everything I needed. I love staying in hotels, but I also love the convenience of condos, pending where I am, how long & what my plans are. Fortunately I can do both with GRV. Would recommend. read more

What a scam! Paid through the nose and got 0 use of the services. Do not go to their presentations or bite on the hook of their freebies. It is impossible to get them on the phone unless you are late on a payment; then they will fill up your text and voicemail. We had to change our travel plans, and because of that, they said we refused the on-site presentation and would not let us rebook based on the cancellation. So forget trying to rebook your travel plans. This will also limit the ability to book anywhere else with them. This has been a pain in the butt from the start. I would leave zero stars if I could. ABSOLUTE SCAM! The website shown during the initial "briefing" was not the actual website I received access to after signing the contract. They also did not provide instructions for accessing the real site until after the cancellation period had passed. During the presentation, I was not allowed to interact with the device they were using, which prevented me from verifying anything they were showing. This felt intentionally misleading. I paid thousands of dollars and ultimately never used the service because the available listings were extremely low-quality and nothing like what had been represented. We were also told there would be local weekend trip options within one to two hours of our home, but in more than three years, not a single one was ever available. Additionally, we never received the promotional gift we were promised at the time of purchase. We worked hard to pay off the balance early just to be done with the situation. Despite repeatedly requesting that they stop contacting us, the company continues to call and mail us. The ongoing, unwanted communication has caused significant stress and frustration. I am submitting this review to document the misleading sales practices, the lack of delivery on promises, and the continued unwanted contact after multiple requests for it to stop. read more

I can confidently say this company is the real deal! TJ Andy and Cory Beckstead were incredibly honest, transparent, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. What I really appreciated is that they are users of the program themselves, so they were able to give us first-hand insight and showcase exactly how it works. TJ and Cory went above and beyond to take care of us, making sure we fully understood the program and all the benefits it offers. 11/14/25 Lies lies lies... here's some free advice and the truth: Got a "winning" lottery ticket for "free vacation" (which IS ALMOST true you have to pay taxes, but it also says that in the fine print.) first lie: they said the cruises include air-fair it does not. lie #2 they said it's a 60-90 min presentation. It's 2 hours if you don't ask any questions. They said it wouldn't be high pressure it IS VERY high pressure!! You sit through three different salesman before they let you leave. One of them looks like he could be a mafia hitman. When they see they're getting nowhere with you, they will finally give you the certificate to get your vacation. In our case we wanted the which they said, included air fair, but it actually does not. A flight with a seven day stay in a hotel is one of the options, but there is no flight with the cruise like they said there would be. This presentation is for people who DO travel a lot and have money to spend. Bottom line is they want to sell you a $14000 - $19000 dollar point system to reduce your cost in vacations (and a subscription? I'm not really sure about this part. It felt a little vague but again we didn't want the presentation to be any longer so we didn't ask questions.) the subscription was $81 per month and $700 ish down. My advice don't go if you can't turn down very high high-pressure sales. If you do go don't ask questions the presentation is already too long. If you travel a lot and you do want discounts, it might be a good deal, but I would read reviews from other people who have purchased it and see if there's any hidden costs. I would also read the fine print really carefully Because these people seem to be a little Underhanded. read more

Where do I even start? The sales team was nice, but that was all the positives I have to say. Even as we were trying to start our membership we asked to be walked through the site to see what it looked like. We asked them to search a vacation to Aruba anytime in the next year out. They have property there, but there was no availability (red flag). We brushed it off and put down the $2,700 deposit to become members. Afterward, the lack of availability we saw, the fact that the sales team didn't even have access to the full site, and just a general uneasy feeling, we decided to cancel. We called and spoke to a male, I believe his name was Brad, about cancelling. He was VERY unfriendly and aggressive before telling us we couldn't cancel over the phone. This was a HUGE pain as you have to write a letter and mail it in. With our uneasy feeling, we knew that if we mailed it in they would "never receive it" so we took it into the office in person. We got the letter signed and dated by the front desk lady. We had to strictly adhere to the contract as they were VERY strict about that. Thats fine, assuming that we would get the same courtesy. We didn't. We cancelled within the allotted time and got them the letter of cancellation. The contract says to allow 3 weeks for the refund to process. 52 days later we haven't received our refund and found out TODAY that they "never received a cancellation letter" after our credit card company tried to press them on the refund. Yikes. We won a 2 night 3 day stay to San Diego or Las Vegas from "winning" a drawing with the Utah Mammoth and all we had to do was sit through a 60-90 minute presentation. What it REALLY is, is a 90 minute presentation with someone who goes so fast through a presentation you don't even have a second to process what he's saying. THEN you sit at a table with a guy who then tries to ask you what vacations you have been on and want to go on. THEN asks about your work life and if you have kids. Yada yada yada. THEN comes the part where you can pay $14,945 TODAY to get access to thousands of condos, resorts, villas, cabins. Whatever. At a discounted price. So not only are you paying $15k to a random vacation company. You're also having to pay the nightly "heavily discounted" rate at a resort or whatever. BUT WAIT you can also "wait" to buy this deal, but if you buy it after today it's $20k. That doesn't sound good? Okay, another guy will come sit with you and bring the price down $3k. That doesn't sound good? Oh okay, a lady will come sit with you to try and woo the wife over. Yeah. Not me. I don't care about going on some fancy vacation 4 weeks a year. Didn't work on me and she was very disrespectful. She told me "you need a vacation!!! Don't wait til your kids are older!" told her my main priority is keeping my kids (2 girls under 7) SAFE. I'm not taking my kids to some other country or state when the world is so crazy right now. Absolutely not. We still go camping and will always go. But their sales tactic needs to change. They degraded my relationship by saying "happy wife happy life". Sorry, it's 2026 now both spouses deserve happiness and to not have the weight of the world on one shoulder. I'm surprised there's so many bad reviews, I think it's just these people don't know how to use the service. You can't finance a car and then expect it to run on $0 gas forever lol. This is a scam! I only went for the "free gift" that ended up NOT FREE. After signing a paper at the beginning that was for them to try to manipulate me based on my answers, there was a presentation where the guy said, "you guys came here for a free gift and now I'm going to try and get you". Then afterwards, a guy sat with me trying to pressure me to sign up and when I kept saying, "no", he got some other guy to come out to pressure me, but I kept saying, "no, I have to think about it". Then he said I'd lose out on points if I left and didn't sign up 'now', but since the points didn't make any sense, I didn't care. When I asked to take home the paper that they wrote information on, which also didn't make any sense, they both said, "no", but agreed I could take a picture of the paper. The photo is below, and I only removed my name and job title for security reasons. If that information does not make sense to you, DO NOT SIGN UP! The "free gift" was also NOT FREE. I would have to pay for things and after looking up that company that Great Resort outsources to, that is also a scam. I put photos up of the brochure of the "free gift". If that information does not make sense to you, DO NOT SIGN UP! They convinced us to sign up for their drawing at the kids fair. They called saying we had won and were garenteed one of 3 prizes (Disney vacation, big screen TV, or $5,000​). We needed to go to their office where they were going to recognize the winners and pick up our prize. They said there was no time commitment, time depended on how many winners came. They said there was NO sells pitch. We got there and they gave us paperwork to fill out with all our personal information. In the fine print it said we were committing to a 60-90 minute sells presentation. We had told them several times throughout this process that we weren't interested in their sells pitch as we felt it was a scam. We returned their paperwork and walked out. Don't give this place your money. I beg you to read reviews. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We were gullible and fell for something that quickly became apparent was too good to be true. We canceled and requested a refund the very next day. For some reason, it takes them 7-21 days to even process your refund. Meaning, you have to wait 7-21 days for the refund to even be issued and then wait the 5-10 business days for it to show in your account. They like to use ambiguous language so they can go back and forth with you on the details while trying to gaslight you at the same time. It takes them two seconds to take your money and then a month to refund it because they are busy spending it is my guess. They are so nice when you are on their side and then turn extremely rude when you are not. Sheri is a terrible person to communicate with and frankly so is everyone else I've dealt with since asking for my money back. They're business practices are shady at best and that's me being nice. We never once ended up using the services they talk you into (in a very cult-like fashion), and cancelled over a year and a half ago but for some reason are STILL receiving invoices despite confirming with agents over the phone that the account is inactive!? The last agent I spoke with told me I would continue to receive "correspondence" because it is a "lifetime membership." Fine, whatever. But that should NOT include invoices saying I owe any amount for an inactive account. And then the agent hung up on me when I asked if the "correspondence" should still include invoicing. Yes, I was audibly upset. But hanging up when a customer is asking you a question is more than unprofessional, and extremely telling. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

The third-party company that GRV uses to offer their promotional trips (Casablanca Express) are absolute scam artists. They will take your deposit, make it a nightmare to book your trip, try to upsell you all these upgrades that are not any cheaper than booking by yourself, jerk you around, and then ghost you and steal your money. FYI: After paying your deposit, fhey make you wait 60 days before you can book your trip so that you can't contest a fraudulent charge with your credit card company because it's past the 60 day window. I can only assume that GRV has to be just as sleazy of a company in order to partner with a company as fraudulent and dishonest as Casablanca Express. read more

My in-laws signed up for this company a year ago and were charge a $15,000 fee to get access to this "AMAZING VACATION PROGRAM". Unfortunately we have found it to be a completely fraudulent company. If you have made the mistake of purchasing this, I hope you used your credit card. I also hope you are reading this within your credit card dispute window. Before you read any further go file a dispute and then come back and read the rest. Here is what we have experienced: * THIS IS A VERY BAD TIMESHARE!!! Before you read anymore, please note this is just another timeshare that tries to present itself as something else. If it looks like a timeshare, walks like a timeshare and talks like a timeshare . . . its a timeshare. * They were lured in by the promise of free airfare and a hotel. Upon signing up they were told they couldn't use the promotion until 60 days after signup. Then after 60 days they were told that the offer had expired. When we escalated this, the sales rep told us that he would contact them, but nothing has happened yet. Even once they "approve" us again, we will have to jump through a bunch of hoops (i.e. call this number, go to this website, then call this number, yada yada yada). . . . come to find out later the reason they require you to wait 60 days to take advantage of these "freebies" is so that you are past your credit card dispute period. * They were given 200,000 points to use on RCI vacations that was touted as "better than a timeshare" as it gave you access to all these vacation deals that you could use your points for. Come to find out you have to pay $0.015 per point you use. So to go on a "free" vacation stay you still have to pay $1500 -$3000 for it. * They really overhype the "Getaways" portion of their deals. Don't plan on using these for anyone but who is on your membership (you and a significant other). They make it sound like it's possible to get the same deals with additional members added to your group and if you challenge them on this and get into the details, it is clear that is unlikely * Don't fall for their "Concierge" service. It is anything but. It is just another web search tool for travel. Then they will say they will beat any public prices by 10% which is also a joke. (One experience we had here was trying to go to a theme park with our family and the theme park offered us a better deal. When we contacted them for the 10% match it came out to $0.05/savings per ticket) * when we went in escalate for better support or even a refund, the salesperson made it so painful to talk to him. Call after call of condescending statements, which was followed by an in person repeat experience where everything is explained to you like you don't know anything and if you try to repeat back what you just heard to clarify you get insulted that if only you would listen, then you might actually understand what is being explained * Don't expect a refund if you ask for it. We were there for 2 hours being absolutely harassed into buying into their scam!
