Our experience with Shay at Protrans was phenomenal! They were there at the airport ready for us within a minute of getting our bags at baggage claim in SLC and the pickup spot was super convenient! Our driver Shay was not only a great driver, and he was so friendly and had fun information to share with us the whole way to Park City. We had so much fun! We can say enough good things about him! Exceptional in every way! We had 7 people and needed a van, due to luggage, stroller and a car seat, and booked round trip, SLC-Park City-SLC. The pre-trip communication was so helpful and made the trip seamless. Good transportation service company. They were a little late as the driver went to the wrong hotel on the pick up. They also need better confirmation technology as I had to book my return trip from Park City twice due to not being able to confirm the return pick up.
