So I called Divine Limousine to see if by ANY chance they could do a last minute booking. The nice lady on the phone told me she'd check with a driver and call me back. A few minutes later, she called and I was scheduled for a pick up. My wife was surprised (and a bit embarrassed-she doesn't like attention) and we were whisked away for an evening of celebration. The car arrived right on time and the driver offered to take our picture in front of it. She showed us how to connect our phone to the car's bluetooth so we could play our music and we were on our way. The car itself was a little dated and dusty. The floor was a little dirty from previous guests. The glassware didn't match and there were different colored napkins in them. These were all minor things, but in situations like this-details count. The driver was absolutely wonderful-she accommodated our request to stay longer than scheduled and was easy to work with. We just texted her when we were done with dinner and ready to be picked up again. If you're looking for a fun way to get your celebration started, this is memorable way to do it!

He said some of what was outlined was not possible in short time frame and was surprised we asked for only one day in Yellowstone. We did not ask. That was the offered tour. Tour of Yellowstone and Grand Tetons a bust. We were told weather might affect and long drives so I accept that. Was not told that many of the roads and views of all Yellowstone Lake are not open until at least May 1 and some not until May 15. Saw zero views of Grand Tetons due to fog. Nobody's fault but none of the internal roads were open by the lakes so total waste of time. This after scary drive over the pass due to snow. 3 day tour from Salt Lake City should not be an option since it is 10 to twelve hours of just to and from driving to and from SLC. Then much of the park is closed. We were so disappointed we flew out of Jackson Hole to escape the 6 hour drive back.

The fact that it had two queen beds in a large room worked well for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is huge and seems like it takes forever the first time you leave the lobby and walk to your room, but there's many doors that lead outside. The room was clean. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were all the same and a little flat for our liking. I deducted a star because of the lack of hot water on our last morning and I think the front desk could've handled it better.

As much as I like to buy tickets online these days, when it comes to international travel, I'd still go to a travel agent first. They have on occasion, helped me save a couple of hundred dollars. Sherry and her travel agency is quite popular among international students at the U and for a good reason. She'd be willing to explore all possible flight combinations before putting forward her best price and itinerary. Tickets booked through her have never given me any problems and the flights have been uneventful, which is always a good thing. Even the one time I had to cancel my tickets, she was able to ensure a quick refund. The downside is you need a bit of patience while dealing with her. The only way to get a quote from her is by meeting her in person. Good luck trying to get a quote over phone! Even if you manage to get one, you'd still be better off sitting with her and negotiating the best route and price. While I now know other travel agents who are easier to work with (over phone), Da Fa may not always be my first choice but it's good to know it's there.
