They text 2 hours before pick up time (which I didn't get because I was standing in a wedding line) saying they couldn't take my son to the airport so they just didn't show up at all. We were left totally without any way to send them off properly. I had to call 3 times and no one would ever call me back. Sometimes I'm a good planner. And sometimes I get last-minute ideas and want to book a limo four hours before my dinner reservation. Last night was one of those impromptu night-it was my wife's birthday and we had dinner reservations, but that was all. Pffftttt..... that can't be all. So I called Divine Limousine to see if by ANY chance they could do a last minute booking. The nice lady on the phone told me she'd check with a driver and call me back. A few minutes later, she called and I was scheduled for a pick up. My wife was surprised (and a bit embarrassed-she doesn't like attention) and we were whisked away for an evening of celebration. The car arrived right on time and the driver offered to take our picture in front of it. She showed us how to connect our phone to the car's bluetooth so we could play our music and we were on our way. The car itself was a little dated and dusty. The floor was a little dirty from previous guests. The glassware didn't match and there were different colored napkins in them. These were all minor things, but in situations like this-details count. The driver was absolutely wonderful-she accommodated our request to stay longer than scheduled and was easy to work with. Literally a last minute cancellation on an anniversary evening ruined all our plans. They were reasons that could have been avoided or anticipated. Had they let us know sooner, we could have made other arrangements. Want details? Keep reading... We were so looking forward to a magical anniversary evening with a limo ride around town for various activities and dinner. The limo reservation was scheduled for 3:30pm pickup at my home. At 3:27pm I receive a call stating that the limo was in the shop and that the backup car was in the shop. The manager offered me an upgrade at no charge and when I accepted he informed me that the car couldn't be there for another 1.5 hours. You can imagine that for a special occasion like this I had made time-sensitive reservations and so our entire evening was a wash. They knew that the car was in the shop and had they informed me earlier we could have made other arrangements. Exceptionally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't risk working with a company that flakes out on customers like this. Better to go with another, more reputable provider. read more

My wife and I ordered their 2 limos for their services August of 2022. The limo drivers showed up and did not know how to work the AC. The bride basically spent an hour drive in hot Utah weather on her way up to the wedding. The maid of honor was pregnant at the time and almost went into preterm labor. The other limo driver with the groomsmen hit a rock and almost got into a wreck at the venue. When called to get a refund they ignored our calls and would say the manager is on his way and they would call us. However they would never call back. We tried calling 5-10 times and it's the same answer every time. They will not refund us regardless of our situation above. Save yourself the trouble and headache with dealing with them. read more

The rates are some of the lowest you'll find, but it's definitely at the cost of a polished and professional service. Driver showed up late and then attempted the first destination drop-off at the wrong address (even though I had entered our destination addresses in their system during booking). The rest of the night went smoothly and we enjoyed the experience. Car was clean and as expected. However, a couple days later one of my guests called the service because she believed she lost an e-cigarette inside the limo and whomever she spoke to told her they had troubled running my card and asked her to call me about the other half of the payment!!! They ran it again and it worked, but I was seriously so confused why they didn't call me instead of involving one of my guests???? Extremely unprofessional. If you decide to give them a try, I just recommend that you don't add the tip before the actual service (and they WILL ask you to). read more

Sham of a business, would leave zero stars if I could. We hired this company to take our bridal parties to our wedding venue over the summer. In my limo I had a very close friend who was 20 weeks pregnant. The driver who showed up was 10 minutes late making the bride late to her own wedding. The air conditioner was also broken and my friend also almost went into preterm labor and had a syncopal episode. I could care less about the the fact that my wedding photos were ruined because of my ruined make up but if my friend had lost her baby due to this there would be many serious consequences. I called multiple times, spoke to the manager, was assured a call back and nothing. Do not trust these people they do not care for you. The irony of their mission statement where each journey is a memorable and safe experience was not lost on us. I only wish there had been someone other than the timid 19 year old who had to take the brunt of my wrath. Don't do it. Literally pick any other company. I'm horrified. read more

Update: I was notified Divine Limo did credit my account $150 by my credit card company, but I never did receive any response from the company regarding my complaint. When our driver, Chris, arrived yesterday evening, I looked out the window of our apartment and could see how dirty the car was from across the street. (I wasn't able to get photos of the outside of the vehicle.) The car hadn't been washed and when we got inside the windows were streaked, there was dust on the drink holders, the mirrors were dirty and smudged, and dried soda was splashed inside the drink bin, and the glasses had napkins placed in them but they were used and not washed! A few of them were sticky, and one even had lip marks on it from a previous customer! We had to sort through them just to see if anything was clean enough to drink from. The rear passenger side window had "party on" written in the glass. I know it's an older car, but you'd think it would be cleaned and presentable (for the price you pay), especially during "Covid". We were dropped off at dinner and then told he (our driver) would be about 10 minutes away from the restaurant so to let him know when we were almost done. We were picked up and dropped off on time, but every service I've used in the past starts your time when you're picked up and ends when your dropped off. I even read under the FAQ section on their website and it clearly says under What Are Your Policies on Waiting Time that "...your time will start when the driver arrives at the agreed upon time." When I called to confirm my reservation, I was told that I have to pay from the time the driver leaves their lot until the time the driver returns to their lot (approx. an hour and 20 minutes additional that I'd have to pay for, just for his driving time). I have never had a service that charges before they pick you up and after they've dropped you off, the time has always started upon arrival and stopped when you are dropped off. Including gratuity (that is just added in to the price), I paid $384 to ride in a dirty limousine with used glasses and a huge portion of the time that I paid for went to the driver driving in the car alone, to and from their location. I'm extremely disappointed and will never use their service again! I've also emailed the company twice this morning, sharing photos of the condition of the limo when we got in and asking them to rectify the situation with no response. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were 30 minutes late, then showed up to the wrong address causing us to miss our flight, the air conditioner did not work in mid July 100+ degrees outside.. we had to roll the windows down the whole ride. I called to talk to someone about all of this issues and the girl just kept saying that she was sorry and there was nothing they would do about it and literally hung up on me. I have tried calling a couple of times since then to speak to a manager, the same girl took my number and no one ever called me back. I called her back again after a few days and she hung up on me again. I am very disappointed in the the customer service I was given and how our "fun limo ride" was anything but fun. They do not even deserve a 1 star with how poorly this company is ran but I had to give it a star so I could post to let others know.. I'd hate for you to have the same experience read more

We had an amazing experience! Melanie was our driver and she was the best. The limo was clean and everything worked nicely. Service was great, accommodations were sweet.
