Ordered the combo dinner platters and egg drop soup. The food (sesame chicken) was wonderful and made exactly how I like it as I asked for extra extra spicy. Ordered lunch and had beef with pea pods. The sauce tasted watered down and not much flavor. I was a bit disappointed. Not much beef or pea pods. Lots of cabbage fillers. Egg rolls tasted like it was not fresh. Rice was good. read more

I called and placed an $80 order. They took my phone number and read back my order. Drove to pick it up. Got there handed him my credit card and told me cash only. How many restaurants in Monroe county are cash only and do not tell you over the phone on a large order. The answer is just THIS dump!!!! Unfortunately I could not leave zero stars. read more

Basic Chinese, but less desirable. It tasted very Americanized and with limited flavor. Probably won't order again in the near future.

Live right near this place so I thought I'd try it out. Ordered over the phone, had a little trouble hearing the guy but it went ok. Ordered the sesame chicken with rice. Took about 15mins. The place is COVID friendly and requires masks. They have a shield between you and the cashier and a cool transfer box where they take your money and put the food in. They have Coke products in a display you can grab. Prices were good. Got home and the chicken was really hot and crunchy. Overall, I recommend! read more

I can't get over all the bad reviews I've been seeing. I've been eating hear since they opened. I know they have had phone issues in the past but my experience has always been positive. I dont know whats up with this place, I called like 6 times Wednesday evening 7:45, all I hear is someone picking up , silence - -and then hangs up. I am asian and I know asian take out places are notorious for having crappy customer service or lack of it but just picking up the phone then hangs up without a word is crazy. They should change their name to just "the wall" because it is short of anything great. read more

I've been eating at the Great Wall for 20 years now. Always fast, hot and tasty. I love getting there early so I can listen to the owners yell at each other while I wait for my food. Now that the kids are older they take the orders which is a good thing as they speak much better english than the parents do. LOL. Ya know what... I just talked myself into eating there tonight. I travel all over North America and this is one of the best Chinese take outs around. The General Tso chicken is the best as well as the lo mein and egg rolls. The service is great too, usually 10 minutes. read more

Greeted by employee at the order counter by an empty stare. I ordered pork fried rice to go. And that's exactly what I got. No onions, no egg, no fresh herbs; only white rice and tiny squares of pork. Got the order very quick, however..... which is why they got 1 star. read more

All Chinese food seems to be overpriced to me, this is no different. The staff is made up of the family that runs it. The parents are the chefs are the little children take your order. Its like a blast from the past when toddlers could work. Overall not bad though. Usually the staff is yelling at each other, probably about orders (hopefully).
