I thought I wanted a hybrid bike but after him asking different questions and understanding my preferences, I actually bought a mountain bike and I'm so glad I did. He was extremely personable and willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I appreciated the time he took to bring down different bikes to test ride different sizes to make sure I was satisfied. Then another coworker helped me find the best fitting helmet. I got a Townie ebike some sweet accessories for both my Townie ebike and my Townie regular bike. We're Guthrie fans! Their staff is very knowledgeable from the "kids" working sales to bike techs to the owner who will do all the jobs alongside his crew. And fun fact! Guthrie is the oldest bike shop in the USA, established in 1888. Salt Lake City is full of cool things! We'll have to go to their SLC location next, but getting to Bountiful is easy (even from our home in Park City). The Bountiful location has a ton of parking. They have bikes to demo and plenty of room outside to demo. Bountiful Guthrie has a service center. They shop also has a ton of accessories on hand. We'll be back. Not just for a tune, but we're loyal customers thanks to their amazing customer service.
