Based on the previous reviews I felt comfortable leaving my puppy, but was very nervous after he wouldn't answer my calls while I was away. When I picked up my puppy, she was terrified to come out of the grate despite him saying she was super playful. Her bag (with her toys, blankets and food) was intact, everything was exactly how I left it. She was boarded for 4 days and had two meals per day. I left her food pre-portioned and upon picking her up she hadn't ate for 2 and a half days. When she saw cat food she ran to it meaning she was not given food rather than her simply not wanting to eat. She was also severely dehydrated leading me to believe he doesn't feed or give the animals any water throughout the day. My puppy has been sad and not her playful self since picking her up and while I know this can be separation anxiety, she stays alone for a few hours a day is always exciting to see us come home. Since getting her she's been lethargic and only wants to sleep. We have been given her extra love and seems to feel a little better but progress has been slow. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

They did absolutely everything they could to save her, and although she didn't make it, we are incredibly grateful for the care, kindness, and compassion they showed our family. The entire staff went above and beyond during one of the hardest days we've ever experienced. Because of the way they treated us and our dog, we will absolutely continue bringing our other dog here for care. We truly appreciate everything they did and will always be loyal customers. Took 5 puppies in for a first visit, at ab 7 weeks Paid more…read morethan what they told me it would be- fine. I made the second appt for 4 weeks later and one week prior to the next appt I noticed fleas on the puppies. I called to see if I could get some flea meds for them. The Dr had just seen them, 2 weeks ago, they had their weights. First they told me I needed to weigh them but my scale at home wouldn't give me weight I'm assuming bc they weigh too little for my scale to calc. The dr said my scale was broken and he couldn't give me flea meds unless I brought them in. I kept telling him he just saw them and they were coming back next week. He finally found their recorded weights and one weighed 2.2 lbs and another 3.2 lbs... and the flea med is for 0-5 lbs but he kept telling me he had to reweigh them. This makes no sense to me. If the only way is to get these meds from a vet and the dogs were just seen by the vet and he insists on me bringing them back in I'm questioning the entire process- they are prescribed by weight 0-5 lbs. it's fleas, not a sickness, not an emergency, the most common issue fleas and I cannot get the meds! I'm reporting this clinic to the Texas state board. It shouldn't be this difficult to get flea medication for animals that this Dr has seen and can only be given by a vet. Awful. You are unprofessional. You just saw the puppies. 0-5 lbs meds is what is needed. It's not that difficult either you don't understand how to prescribe medication or you are only looking for payment. You just saw these puppies two weeks prior!
