Another customer arrived with her two dogs, also with an 8am appointment who informed me that the groomer is often 5-10 minutes late. Around 8:15, I called and left a voicemail, then texted them through their portal. I waited over 40 minutes. An hour later, they offered to fit me in at 10:30 a.m. I reluctantly returned, only to be told the groomer had slept through her alarm until 9am. Very unprofessional. After the grooming, I was charged $108 without any explanation, despite their online pricing starting at $85. She required me to pay before seeing my dog. When I paid and saw my dog, the haircut was not what I requested, and my dog had multiple deep cuts that required a vet visit. The vet prescribed an ointment to make sure the cuts didn't get infected. I added pictures of the cuts below. To make matters worse, I overheard the groomer yelling at the dogs in the back when I walked in and she hadn't seen me yet. I reached out for a refund or partial refund, but she refused, blaming me for matting. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering this place.

The team did a fantastic job with his grooming, but more importantly, they were so kind and treated him with so much love. It is clear they truly care about the animals they work with. Recently, I came home from work to see some accidents around my house. My little girl hadn't been feeling well, but it was getting worse. So I called them hoping they could give me some advice since it was after 5 PM on a Friday. They told me that based on what I explained, they would likely recommend her going to the overnight emergency hospital because it sounded like she would need surgery posthaste. She didn't want me to bring her there because she didn't want me to be charged for the visit if they were going to send her to the emergency hospital anyways. I really appreciated that. The next day, we took her in and they helped us find a vet that would do an emergency Saturday surgery without an appointment. Ms. Cynthia even called somewhere for us to hopefully get in. We went where she said and she even called me a little while later to see if we were able to get something worked out and to check on my Peyton. Even though they were not able to help me this one time, they still helped me through my tears, and helped find someone who could do a surgery on such short notice. AND they called to follow up with how she was doing. That is top notch in my book, and I love that they care about animals and what they're doing.

When I called two weeks later because my dog's eye still wasn't better, I was told to take my dog to an eye specialist. I understand that some conditions require specialist care, but after paying for the initial visit and trying the prescribed treatment, it was frustrating to still have no resolution. I would have appreciated clearer communication about what to expect from the medication and what the next steps would be if it didn't help. Based on this experience, I'm unhappy with the service and follow-up I received.

Aly, Londyn, and Elizabeth were all compassionate, responsive, transparent, and genuinely concerned about my pups throughout the entire situation. Things can occasionally happen in any business, but character is shown in how people respond when they do. This company handled a stressful situation with professionalism, integrity, and real compassion, and that means a great deal to me.
