Highlights; -She was ready right when we got there, three was no waiting on her. - Warm and friendly atmosphere and personality. - Pricing is very affordable for moms on a budget. - No deposits needed to book online, no credit card processing fees, and no cancelation fees. (I don't know of other places like that so huge plus.) - The main and most important factor; she's patient and great at her craft. My son is 14 months old and has only gotten his haircuts from one other salon, both of which times he was in complete hysterics even with toys, snacks, lollipops,distractions and the infamous Miss Rachel on TV. He cried through the entire cut and squirmed and pushes the razor away so I expected the same thing here. The boy just doesn't like his hair cut.... Or so I thought. I sat with him on my lap and D put Miss Rachel on for us, at my request. He was oddly calm but initially pushed the razor away. I don't know if it was D's sense of calmness, the razor/ clippers she used, the particular episode of Miss Rachel, him just waking up from a nap, or God hearing my prayer for a good visit but this baby day and watched TV like he didn't even realize he was at a hair salon getting his hair cut. I am most definitely going to be a repeat costumer and I highly recommend D's Silly Cuts to any and everyone who needs a little ones hair cut. I can go on and on about the aquarium , friendly staff, and cool gadgets and toy cars they have there for kids but I'll end it here with one last note. I brought my baby in after a "mom haircut" i actually shaved all his hair off after the intended trim went sour quickly. Point being, I didn't give her a lot to work with, his hair was uneven and blotchy and she really worked with it and I'm ecstatic with the outcome and my son not shedding one tear. I don't know her name but she has red hair and is maybe in her 50s. I asked her if she could put something in my kids hair so it didn't pull as much and she seemed bothered by it. Didn't really have any patience with my kid, they're kids they're going to move a little and not stay completely still. And overall the haircut looks bad. One side is longer than the other and there's a lot of random pieces sticking out. Sad to say but I probably won't be back especially for the price I would expect a little more.

I made an appt for three of my children and one of the stylist called us before someone else and I totally understand, it was a mistake. She then called my son's name and I said right here, she called someone else that literally has just arrived. I told her sorry I think you didn't hear me but were here. She apologized and proceeded to tell me she already called another child. I said I know but im here and have been here before them. I also made an appt before. She said well I already called him with an unprofessional actitud, proceeded to let her know I know but were here and she simply said you can wait they will call you right now. I myself am a small business latina owner and always support others but she simply didnt care if I did business with her. I deal with customers on a daily and we live and thrive of our customers. To be treated with such unprofessionlism was awful because that's what keep ones business going. If she treated me like this and it's a kid hair place I could only imagine how she treats her staff.
