I'm in love with this set, the second time around, they still did an amazing job! Thanks to Kay, this set came out beautifully! I believe we work too hard and deserve a good form of self love. The pedi + full set was amazing! I'll always go back to them the atmosphere is soothing and the people are so kind.

Always happy with the service. Friendly staff,l and clean place. I been coming to this Salon for quite sometime now. They really take time to do your nails unlike others. And Gel last longer like for a month. They also serve beverages from water, juice and wine! Highly recommended

So happy with the end result. I just think I should have chosen a darker red for the French manicure. Ken was amazing and so patient when doing the nail art. This was my first time coming here and definitely not going to be the last. I really liked how calm and quiet it was. Definitely good to enjoy my me time.

I give 4 stars because customer service was actually really good, despite the negative reviews here. However, the nail techs need more practice on nails. My gel nails look as though I did it myself at home, but for the price -- I guess you get what you pay for. They also don't have OPI, which in my opinion, is better than other brands. The OPI colors are important to have. I gave more stars because nail techs do work hard and they don't deserve a low score. I think it's something they can work on.

Love love love!!! Went in for the first time and I loved how my nails came out, I got builder gel with sheer gel and a gel pedicure! Prices are reasonable for everything they do! I love how they take their time doing everything from pedicure to manicure. Excellent customer service, they offer water and give you a detailed menu of the services they offer, my husband also got a pedicure, he works in construction so he had really bad callus and they left his feet so clean and soft. My sister and I frequent #3 often. Love their pedicures! It is a comfortable setting and all are very friendly. I I always make appointments and have never had to wait an excessive time, a problem with many other nail spas. Will continue to use their services. read more

Didn't have the best experience going there. I went for a pedicure. My sister went for a pedicure and a fill on her nails. She ended up having to shape and file down her own nails. Also one of the guys in there ask if we can come back tomorrow we were there for 2 1/2 hoursand the lady that did my pedicure didn't do a good job getting my cuticles. I might go back but that's the stretch read more

I used to come here all the time until the service started getting bad. They went from doing good nails and able to start my nails at the time of my appointment to crooked nails and long wait times with an appointment. Unfortunately, my regular nail person was booked so I came here to give the place another try. Holly did my nails and she was horrible. Don't ever let her near your nails. She squeezes your fingers really tightly and he acrylic was not smooth. She cut one of my fingers. I told her a couple times that she was hurting my fingers, and she just smiled like she didn't understand what I was saying. I had her trimmed down the length of my nails, and they are all different lengths. Never again! read more

I've came here a handful of times. Dans sister and the younger lady are a little rude. They definitely don't have people skills. My 5 year old had a manicure and pedicure. I was charged $42 for her nails. The manicurist just dipped her hands in water and polished her nails. When I asked her if she cut my daughters nails she got upset. There's so many people in the industry and taking my business elsewhere. My skin (cuticles) were barley touched. Dan kept explaining to the nail tech how to file and polish. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to me. read more

I've been to the other 2 locations and have always enjoyed my time there but this is my new favorite place. My sister and I came in and truly felt like we were well taken care of. I was able to set up the appointment with Dan the night before and we were the only 2 in the salon that night! They truly made us feel pampered and did such an excellent job on our nails! I came in with my niece and sister and we all had a wonderful experience. The customer service at most nail salons are trash! So it was so refreshing to find Bliss Nails and be treated with common courtesy! The nail tech asked questions during the service to make sure that's what we wanted. They were patient with us and didn't rush us. There were no hidden fees. Our visit was as every nail spa day should be! Highly recommend! The place was clean and well decorated and they even allowed me to plug in my charger while I was getting a pedi. Only thing I suggest is calling ahead of time because they were short staffed that day so it was two techs working on 3 people and thankfully no one else was waiting. read more

Came as a walk in near closing and the staff was very friendly. Leslie gave me a pedicure and did an amazing job! She was also very polite and would check in on how I was doing throughout the process. I even had a nail I had chipped and she still was able to make the shape work. It was my first time here & My nails came out cute but I just wish he would have filed them a bit more to make them look more identical but instead they are kinda bumpy and lumpy. My pedicure felt nice but I don't know if the quality of nail polish is low or if she just forgot to put a second layer because I can see right through it. I got white toes with a clear sparkle. Kinda most bummed out about my full set. Definitely not worth $117 ‍ read more

Had an appointment for today at 3:00, showed up at 2:55 and was told they would be with me in just a few minutes. There was four ladies in the pedicure chairs two of which look like they were done getting pedicures and the other two were in the process of getting pedicures. One lady at the nail bar getting her nails done. Fast forward 45 minutes later and they still had not started my pedicure as they were now just starting on manicures for the 4 ladies that were previously getting pedicures done. Not once did they come over and apologize, essentially just ignore me after they had me sit in one of the pedicure chairs. Knowing that it would be another 30 minutes minimum before they were done with manicures, I made the decision to walk out. Oh and a side note- they now charge an extra $20 on top of the $35-$55 pedicure price if you want gel polish! That is absurd! read more

The name of the beautiful nail tech that restored my toenail after it was damaged by a different salon in the area escapes me at this time, but I'm grateful for what they've done for me and I highly recommend WOW NAILS if you're in the Antelope Valley. We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.

The same day I got the nails done, I started noticing the chrome wearing off. It has not even been a week and the nails look worn. The gold and pearl finishes are fading on every nail. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes…read moreinto a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

There is plenty of parking nearby, which already made the visit less stressful. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth and friendly from the start. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seated within a few minutes. The salon itself was clean, well organized, nicely lit, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. Absolutely beautiful nails I'm so please with this he final result. Love the butterflies. They treat each nail like a piece of art, and the employees are all kind. When filing my nail, they even made sure to push my cuticle so they wouldn't cut me. One full set took way less than an hour. Super covid safe & a definite 12/10 recommend read more
