We only went for the classes anyways bc the gym floor was always so crowded for my husband in terms of weight lifting, he still held on to his golds membership to go work out there in parallel when we were members. They offered us $20 a month off to return and we probably will not take them up on that. This might be a good option for some but for us it's too far of a drive for not enough benefit. Classes are too large, too crowded overall, they have some temperature control issues in the barre studio (sometimes I froze my butt off when it's less than 70 degrees outside) also in terms of cleanliness I asked how often they cleaned the Pilates balls in the studio and they said they didn't! So if you're taking a class in the studio make sure to also wipe down the Pilates ball (I always did, and my weights) While there were standout instructors and staff that we absolutely loved, it doesn't outweigh the issues -- Roxanne is a fantastic barre instructor, and we loved Shelley, Toni and Mingxia. We also loved Michael R. But they cancelled the class we used to take with him that we loved so much. We also really loved Danny who was frequently at the front desk. I truly hope they are able to improve in the future, so that they can thrive.

I never knew I had any athletic bone in my body (my parents pushed academics in high school) until my early 20's when I started going to the gym. I became the biggest gym rat spending 2-3 hours a day doing weights and various group exercise classes. I've participated in all the trending hits throughout the years (TKD, Tae-bo, kickboxing, step aerobics, regular aerobics, running, spinning/cycling, ashtanga yoga, Zumba, Orange Theory, HOTWORX, functional fit, HIIT, CrossFit and all the variety of Les Mills programming) and after having done ALL of that, I have found Pilates to be truly my thing right now. My body has been through a lot. Pilates gives me the chance to still get an amazing, challenging workout at a different level. Anyone who says Pilates is too easy, means they really have not embraced a true Pilates workout. I say this because even the lower level classes can still be challenging...it all depends on the person...how slow you take the movement, hold the pose and breathe. Classes go from level 1 to 2.5 with a variety of disciplines like reformer flow, suspend (TRX use), control, cardio sculpt or center & balance. You learn how to really engage the muscles very differently and I always appreciate the corrections from the instructors. I strive to have correct form and posture to make the most of every workout. So many of my other activities have improved because of my incorporated Pilates practice....walking, stepping, weights, spinning...and best of all, skiing! I even got my girl tribe introduced into Pilates and now they love it as well! I literally go through Pilates withdrawals and even vacation with the girl tribe fitting in a destination Pilates (CP preferred, wink-wink) class if possible. I love my practice of Pilates. I love how strong my body has changed and how I can execute strength & flexibility moves that I used to admire in others that I can also now do. I love the compliments I get, "like your pike looks great" or "you got it"! I love my teachers and my studios. I totally recommend anyone to try and incorporate Pilates into their fitness routine. The class starts on time the place is located on the…read moresecond floor and the instructor in class was great. wasn't thinking I was going to break such a sweat in the class. We worked out the full body and all the muscles I felt amazing after and I know continuation of The class Will build so much muscle in places I you didn't even know you had muscle. The workout worked was At your own pace so no pressureTo try and get in all the reps. just do what you can I really enjoyed the class and plan to try this along with others in the future five stars to the cleanliness and great instructor being as she went through every new move to ensure we were having correct posture and doing the Movements correctly.

My experience was more than 5star that's for sure and with over 20 years in and out of the fitness industry in a variety of areas, I HAVE NEVER been so in love with a franchise ! I was able to book easily on class pass app. This is what BOUTIQUE fitness is all about . (And what ppl will pay big boutique pricing $$ for) This location has 4 rooms , each it's own unique fitness & wellness "experience " All rooms have the best club lighting . Colors change during classes to create the vibe and ambiance. Each room has its own equipment . I appreciate all of the move your ass music & excellent sound systems . The instructor wore a microphone which makes for such a better class & did the whole workout making it easy to follow. The "sweat " room Fitness classes are here with heat & humidity & will challenge you to the core ! I left a puddle ! The "Sanctuary" room This space is large enough to be a stand alone infrared yoga studio. Complete with its own entry and drop space before entering , such a beautiful yoga room. You will find just about every kind of yoga class here. You can't hear any noise from any of the fitness classes happening which was fabulous . The " Spin" room Ohhhhhh how I love a great spin class ! They've got great bikes and everything you need for awesome , I'd recommend actually bringing cycle shoes for a better ride. The " Boxing " room Love love love the water bags & the air treadmills that don't plug in , you have to use your own body weight and core for these . They offer mat rentals / towel rentals / shower towel rentals etc. Plenty of amenities ! Lockers line the studio and are also in the bathrooms . Showers / vanities / filter water station / etc Fabulous community ! GREAT RETAIL - SHOP AWAY Pro tip : Arrive early ! & visit TERRA CAFE Nextdoor - there's access in the lobby of Tru Fusion as well . Same owner . Speaking of Owner , I talked with the Owner quite a bit and what lovely human that is ! Did I mention the location is wonderful, tucked in a large outdoor plaza with everything you could ever need. I think there has been new management and you can just feel that they are cheep or tying to cut costs. My first issue is that equipment is breaking and they are not keeping up with it. Why is every other bike broken in some way. Secondly, I mentioned this a few times, but why don't they replace the Clorox wipes so we can clean up our stuff. The AC broke for two weeks in the cycle room and I worked out in a HOT room. I thought I was going to pass out. Also, all the amazing instructions were leaving so not sure what is going on there. This gym is not cheep and the quality is not reflecting the price.

I've been here for 2 months now and I am only able to dedicate two days a week because of my schedule. My body has never ever looked so good. I feel like this review will sound too good to be true. I like coming here. I believe in the owner and his partner. They are good people and they really care for their clients. I never leave feeling anything less than exhausted. They change up the workouts amd they pay attention. It isn't intimidating like a meat market where I'm embarrassed to show my body or sweat. I feel so greatful to have found this gym. The workouts are always different and can be modified to your level. The trainers really know what they're doing and are really good at motivating you when you need that extra push to finish strong. Go at your own pace. You may not do a lot of reps but you will do them the correct way. The staff are always in a great mood and knowledgeable they are always willing to answer any question I have. The people that attend are always positive and very encouraging, it makes for a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a new place to try you will not regret it here!
